考虑公平偏好的物流服务供应链质量监督与协作研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化的大背景下,物流行业获得了快速的发展,物流行业呈现出全球化、专业化、信息化等特点。在此趋势下,众多第三方物流公司与第四方物流公司的兴起,促进了物流服务供应链的发展。物流服务供应链是一种新型的供应链,以物流服务集成商为核心,整合能力提供商的物流能力、物流资源来完成供应链实体产品的物流运作任务。物流服务供应链的兴起与发展逐渐引起学者的关注,然而物流服务质量管理则是研究物流服务供应链重要分支之一。物流服务质量的高低对物流服务供应运作有着至关重要的影响。在现有文献进行分析的基础上,对供应链质量管理的模型以及物流服务供应链质量管理进行了分析与梳理,引出了本文所要探究的主要问题：物流服务供应链质量监督与协作的模型。对于这个问题,本文主要做了三个方面的工作。(1)在多周期基础上,构建两级物流服务供应链质量监督与协作模型,应用纳什博弈的方法,得到多个周期之后物流集成商与能力提供商质量决策的纳什均衡解,应用MATLAB R2010a进行仿真,分析哪些因素影响集成商与能力提供商关于物流服务质量的决策。(2)将公平偏好引入到两级物流服务供应链质量监督与协作模型。本文考虑两种公平偏好：一是横向收益分配公平偏好,二是纵向运作公平偏好。应用纳什博弈的方法,得到考虑公平偏好的集成商与能力提供商质量决策的纳什均衡解,应用MATLAB R2010a进行仿真,分析了公平偏好下集成商与能力提供商关于物流服务质量的决策。(3)将两级物流服务供应链拓展到三级物流服务供应链,在两级物流服务供应链分析的基础上,考虑一级集成商对二级集成商有一个质量惩罚,构建三级的物流服务供应链质量决策博弈模型,应用纳什博弈的方法,得到二级集成商与能力提供商质量决策的纳什均衡解,应用MATLAB R2010a进行仿真,分析了多周期公平偏好下二级集成商质量与能力提供商关于物流服务质量的决策。最后,结合以上模型以及结论,分析在多周期下行为因素,对物流服务供应链质量监督与协作的影响,并提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the logistics industry has gained rapid development, and the logistics industry has the characteristics of globalization, specialization, information and so on. Under this trend, the rise of many third party logistics companies and fourth party logistics companies has promoted the development of logistics service supply chain. Logistics service supply chain is a new type of supply chain, which takes logistics service integrator as the core, integrates the logistics ability of capability provider and logistics resources to complete the logistics operation task of supply chain entity products. The rise and development of logistics service supply chain has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. However, logistics service quality management is one of the important branches of logistics service supply chain. Logistics service quality has a vital impact on logistics service supply operation. Based on the analysis of the existing literature, the model of supply chain quality management and logistics service supply chain quality management are analyzed and combed. The main problem of this paper is the model of quality supervision and cooperation of logistics service supply chain. For this problem, this paper mainly does three aspects of work. On the basis of multi-period, we construct the quality supervision and cooperation model of two-level logistics service supply chain, and apply Nash game method. The Nash equilibrium solution of quality decision of logistics integrator and capability provider is obtained after several cycles, and the simulation is carried out by MATLAB R2010a. This paper analyzes which factors influence the decision of integrator and capability provider on logistics service quality. The fairness preference is introduced into the quality supervision and cooperation model of two-level logistics service supply chain. This paper considers two kinds of fairness preferences: one is the fair preference for horizontal income distribution and the other is the vertical operating fairness preference. By using Nash game method, the Nash equilibrium solution of integrator and capability provider quality decision considering fair preference is obtained, and the simulation is carried out by using MATLAB R2010a. This paper analyzes the decision of integrator and capability provider on logistics service quality under fair preference. It extends the two-level logistics service supply chain to three-level logistics service supply chain, and based on the analysis of two-level logistics service supply chain. Considering that the first-level integrator has a quality penalty to the secondary integrator, a three-level logistics service supply chain quality decision game model is constructed, and the Nash equilibrium solution of the quality decision between the secondary integrator and the capability provider is obtained by using Nash game method. MATLAB R2010a is used to simulate and analyze the decision of the quality and capability provider of the secondary integrator on the quality of logistics service under the preference of multi-cycle fairness. Finally, based on the above models and conclusions, this paper analyzes the influence of behavioral factors on the quality supervision and cooperation of logistics service supply chain under multi-cycle conditions, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
