JF公司供应链模式下采购管理优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,在经历了全球金融风暴之后,国际环境瞬息万变,,国内外贸公司面临着来自人民币升值,国内加工企业转型和产业升级换代带来的压力,加速资源整合,构建适应市场变化的采购供应链系统,成为每个外贸公司思考和探索的当务之急。当前在华采购的国外公司根据自身供应链发展的需要,对国内的采购代理外贸商提出了新的要求,国内外贸企业对自身的供应链系统也应做出相应调整。JF公司作为一家经营超过十年的典型的外贸采购代理公司,在新形势下,能否选择并建立起一个优质供应商团队;能否有效管理供应商团队;能否保障信息在供应链体系中快速高质量的传递;能否使库存高速低成本的周转,是JF公司快速响应市场,保持竞争力的关键。 本文使用规范分析与实证分析相结合,定性分析与定量分析相结合以及案例分析的研究方法进行论证。首先通过对供应链及相关理论的阐述和国内外研究动态的介绍,奠定本文的理论基础;然后,对JF公司的采购供应链现状进行分析。通过对其采购供应链中供应商选择、供应商管理、信息管理和库存管理分析,明确该企业供应链存在的具体问题。 本文旨在针对JF公司采购供应链存在的问题,提出优化方法:对于供应商管理,本文提出在建立供应商选择评价指标体系的基础上,对供应商进行综合评价;建立相应的供应商业绩考核指标,优化JF公司供应商管理;对于信息管理,本文提出从建立信用制度,提高信息的共享程度,避免信息失真三方面入手,优化JF公司信息管理;对于采购库存管理,本文采用ABC库存分类管理法对JF公司的库存物资进行分类,并针对这三类库存物资提出相应的采购订购策略。 本文在提出上述采购供应链优化措施的基础上,进一步提出了阶段性实施方案供JF公司作为参考加以执行,达到真正改善其采购供应链的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, after the global financial turmoil, the international environment is changing rapidly. Domestic and foreign trade companies are facing pressure from the appreciation of the RMB, the transformation of domestic processing enterprises and the upgrading of industries, and accelerate the integration of resources. It is urgent for every foreign trade company to construct a purchasing supply chain system that adapts to market changes. According to the needs of their own supply chain development, foreign companies currently purchasing in China have put forward new requirements for domestic procurement agents and foreign trade dealers. Domestic foreign trade enterprises should adjust their supply chain system accordingly. JF company, as a typical foreign trade purchasing agency with more than ten years' operation, can choose and establish a high-quality supplier team under the new situation; It is the key for JF company to respond to the market quickly and maintain the competitiveness of JF company, whether it can manage the supplier team effectively, guarantee the fast and high quality transmission of information in the supply chain system, and can make the stock turnover with high speed and low cost. This paper uses the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, as well as the case study method to demonstrate. Firstly, the theoretical basis of this paper is established by expounding the supply chain and related theories and introducing the research trends at home and abroad. Then, the present situation of the purchasing supply chain of JF Company is analyzed. Through the analysis of supplier selection, supplier management, information management and inventory management in the purchasing supply chain, the specific problems in the supply chain of this enterprise are clarified. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the optimization method in view of the problems existing in the purchasing supply chain of JF Company: for supplier management, this paper proposes to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the supplier on the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of supplier selection; To establish the corresponding supplier performance evaluation index and optimize the supplier management of JF Company, this paper puts forward to optimize the information management of JF Company from three aspects: establishing credit system, improving the degree of information sharing and avoiding information distortion. For purchasing inventory management, this paper uses ABC inventory classification management method to classify the inventory of JF Company, and puts forward the corresponding purchasing and ordering strategy for these three kinds of inventory. On the basis of the above measures of purchasing supply chain optimization, this paper puts forward a phased implementation scheme for JF Company to carry out as reference, so as to achieve the goal of improving its purchasing supply chain.
