建设银行供应链金融业务发展策略探讨

【摘要】：近年来,国内各家商业银行顺应企业发展趋势,积极开展面向供应链的金融创新,以抢占业务发展的新“蓝海”。作为国内主要商业银行之一,建设银行也高度关注并积极致力于供应链金融业务领域的探索。因此,从理论层面对建设银行供应链金融业务进行研究和思考,对于建设银行仍至国内商业银行未来开辟新的市场空间和盈利模式都具有积极意义和实践价值。本文运用供应链管理理论、金融创新理论以及SWOT分析模型,以建设银行为研究对象,在阐述供应链金融内涵与特点的基础上,结合建设银行供应链金融业务发展现状分析,提出发展供应链金融业务的必要性和策略思考。具体的研究框架如下：首先,阐述供应链金融创新的背景及内涵,介绍参与主体,对供应链金融与传统融资业务模式进行了对比分析,同时概述了国内商业银行供应链金融业务发展现状、主要模式与存在问题；其次,分析了目前建设银行供应链金融业务的发展状况,包括业务发展概况、核心产品线及目标客户群体、发展模式等,并在此基础上通过SWOT分析,提出发展供应链金融业务的必要性；最后,在前文分析的基础上,提出建设银行应发挥既有优势,有效把握市场机遇,从明确发展思路与目标定位；发挥优势,推进产品研发,构筑全覆盖的产品线；抢抓机遇,细分市场,提供综合性金融服务方案；补齐短板,制度到位,健全配套业务政策以及强化管理,以流程控制为核心,提升风险防范能力等五个方面提出针对性的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, domestic commercial banks comply with the development trend of enterprises, actively carry out financial innovation oriented to supply chain, so as to seize the new "blue sea" of business development. As one of the main commercial banks in China, China Construction Bank also pays close attention to and actively devotes itself to the exploration of supply chain finance. Therefore, it is of positive significance and practical value for CCB to open up new market space and profit model in the future. In this paper, supply chain management theory, financial innovation theory and SWOT analysis model are used to analyze the current situation of supply chain financial business development in China Construction Bank on the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of supply chain finance. The necessity and strategy of developing supply chain financial business are put forward. The specific research framework is as follows: firstly, the background and connotation of supply chain finance innovation are expounded, the participants are introduced, and the comparison between supply chain finance and traditional financing business model is carried out. At the same time, it summarizes the current situation, main mode and existing problems of domestic commercial banks' supply chain financial business. Secondly, it analyzes the current development situation of China Construction Bank's supply chain financial business, including the general situation of business development. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the necessity of developing the supply chain financial business is put forward. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the author points out that China Construction Bank should give full play to its advantages. Effectively grasp the market opportunities, from clear development thinking and target positioning; give play to advantages, promote product research and development, build a fully covered product line; seize the opportunity, segment the market, provide comprehensive financial service programs; fill up the short board, put the system in place, Five aspects, such as perfecting the supporting business policy and strengthening management, taking process control as the core, improving the ability of risk prevention and so on, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
