格润公司采购管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】:当前中国的经济体制改革使得国家经济持续快速增长,我国企业在全世界范围内选购原材料和一些其他国家的跨国企业在中国选购原材料的情况,变得越来越频繁。我国正逐步发展成为全球工厂生产用原材料的主要采购国家。世界经济越来越向着全球化发展,信息网络技术的发展更是日新月异,世界经济运行方式和物流方式产生了巨大变化,各国企业采购规模也随之不断扩大。供应链下的企业社会分工越来越细,生产商通过外协采购、服务外包等方式从多家供应商处获取生产所需的原材料和市场动态信息,采购方式已经从简单的的企业之间的采购发展到了供应链上的采购。 采购管理是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,采购管理的提升对提高企业市场竞争能力、降低经营风险具有极其重要的作用。对于大多数制造型企业,采购成本(包括直接材料采购和间接材料采购)一般会占到产品总成本的70%以上。采购成本的高低直接决定了企业产品的市场定价和利润水平,科学合理的采购管理,不但可以帮助企业有效降低采购成本,保证产品质量,而且可以帮助企业充分利用资源,使得有限的资金得到充分有效的运用。对于大型国际企业集团来讲,跨越不同的国家和区域,采购管理占据着越来越重要的作用,采购管理更加重视总体采购成本TCO(Total Cost Ownership)。不断提高总体采购成本TCO的管理水平,将会直接增加企业的利润和价值,直接影响企业在市场竞争中的优势地位。 本文共分为五章: 第一章序论,介绍研究对象格润公司的背景和现状,介绍选题研究的目的和意义,国内外相关的研究现状,以及本文研究的难点和创新点。 第二章相关概念和理论综述,系统介绍了采购管理相关的的概念和理论,,包括相关概念,选题中应用的理论。 第三章格润公司采购管理中的问题及其原因,从格润公司实际情况出发,首先对格润公司采购管理的现状进行介绍,并介绍实施中存在的问题,然后在对所产生的现有问题进行研究分析。 第四章解决格润公司采购管理问题的对策和方式,阐述格润公司在采购计划中如何改进原有管理体系的不足,结合存在的问题,具体环节,具体分析,探讨解决对策和实施方案,将总体采购成本TCO的理念进行推广运用,统筹安排物料的采购业务。 第五章结论及展望
[Abstract]:The current economic system reform in China has made the national economy keep growing rapidly. The situation that Chinese enterprises choose raw materials in the whole world and some multinational enterprises in other countries choose raw materials in China becomes more and more frequent. China is gradually developing into a major purchasing country for raw materials used in factory production in the world. The world economy is becoming more and more globalized, the development of information network technology is changing with each passing day, the operation mode of the world economy and the way of logistics have changed greatly, and the scale of enterprise procurement has been expanded. The social division of labor in the supply chain is becoming more and more detailed. Manufacturers obtain raw materials and market dynamic information from many suppliers through outsourcing and outsourcing. Procurement has evolved from simple inter-firm procurement to supply chain procurement. Procurement management is an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. The promotion of procurement management plays an extremely important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and reducing business risks. For most manufacturing enterprises, purchasing cost (including direct material purchase and indirect material purchase) usually accounts for more than 70% of the total product cost. The purchase cost directly determines the market pricing and profit level of the enterprise's products. Scientific and reasonable purchasing management can not only help the enterprise to reduce the purchasing cost effectively and guarantee the product quality, but also can help the enterprise to make full use of the resources. So that the limited funds are fully and effectively used. For large international enterprise groups, procurement management plays a more and more important role across different countries and regions. Procurement management pays more attention to the overall procurement cost TCO(Total Cost ownership. Continuously improving the management level of TCO will directly increase the profit and value of the enterprise and directly affect the dominant position of the enterprise in the market competition. This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is preface to introduce the background and present situation of the research object, the purpose and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, and the difficulties and innovations of this paper. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theories of purchasing management, including the related concepts, the application of the theory in the selection of topics. The third chapter is about the problems and reasons in Grunn's purchasing management, starting from the actual situation of Grunn, first of all, it introduces the current situation of Grunn's procurement management, and introduces the problems existing in the implementation. Then the existing problems are studied and analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the countermeasures and methods of solving the problem of Grunn's purchasing management are discussed, and how to improve the original management system in Grunn's purchasing plan is expounded, combined with the existing problems, specific links, specific analysis, This paper probes into the solution and implementation scheme, popularizes and applies the concept of total purchasing cost (TCO), and arranges the purchasing business of materials as a whole.
