准时化(JIT)采购在G公司的应用研究

【摘要】:随着现代经济的飞速发展,各行业内的竞争越来越激烈,要想在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,则必须对企业自身进行全面而深刻的变革以适应不断变化的市场环境,提高自身的竞争力。物料采购是企业运营管理中需要管理者特别重视的环节,虽然在整个企业管理变革的过程中,采购活动常常被放在边缘的位置,但是,若对不产生增值的采购活动进行消除浪费的改革,将对企业产生很大的影响,尤其是在提高企业运营能力,提高资金利用效率,在质量和供货及时性上满足客户需求等方面将产生很好的效果。 准时化采购模式是现代企业纷纷推崇的一种现代管理模式。准时化采购也叫JIT(JUST IN TIME)采购,是日本丰田公司在19世纪70年代创立的精益生产(JUST IN TIME)体系中的一个重要部分。精益生产是利用订单驱动生产,众多学者在理论方面的研究已经越来越成熟,在实践应用方面也有越来越多的大型企业采用这一先进的生产体系,准时化采购模式已经可以作为单独的采购管理模式被应用在企业的生产管理中,其对供应商管理的思想能够很好地使企业适应快速变化的市场环境,并且在提高企业资金利用率、企业运营能力方面有重要意义,同时这样一种思想也是符合现代供应链管理思想的。然而在我国的应用却碰到了阻碍,尤其是中小企业想要应用这一先进管理方法时,受制于自身各方面不足,以及理论的缺乏。本文,将在对准时化采购相关理论进行研究分析后,提出在我国中小企业也可以得到很好地应用的观点,并选取了特定的企业G公司,为其设计了符合其实际情况的准时化采购模式,并得出此采购模式能够给G公司带来较好的预期效果。 文章确定研究问题的基础上,明确了论文的研究内容,首先阐述了本文的研究背景和研究意义。整理了论文的研究思路以及基本框架结构。文章简要论述了国内外学者有关准时化采购模式的相关理论。本文在介绍了准时化采购的基本理论的基础上,将结合具体的中小企业G公司的实际情况,对G公司的采购活动现状进行分析之后,为G公司在实施准时化采购模式进行应用设计。并提出了G公司在实施的具体步骤,最后对此次应用效果进行评析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern economy, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce. Although in the whole process of management change, procurement activities are often placed on the edge, but, Reforms to eliminate waste in procurement activities that do not generate value added will have a great impact on enterprises, especially in improving their operational capacity and efficiency in the use of funds. In the quality and timeliness of delivery to meet customer needs and other aspects will have a good effect. Just-in-time purchasing model is a modern management model which is respected by modern enterprises one after another. Just-in-time purchasing, also called JIT(JUST IN TIME, is an important part of the lean production IN time (JUST IN TIME) system established by Toyota in the 1870s. Lean production is based on order driven production, many scholars in the theoretical research has become more and more mature, in the practical application of more and more large enterprises to adopt this advanced production system, Just-in-time procurement model can be used as a separate procurement management model in the production management of enterprises. The idea of supplier management can make enterprises adapt to the rapidly changing market environment. And it is of great significance in improving the utilization rate of enterprise funds and the operational ability of enterprises. At the same time, such an idea is also in line with the modern supply chain management thought. However, the application in our country has encountered obstacles, especially when SMEs want to apply this advanced management method, they are constrained by their own deficiencies and the lack of theory. In this paper, after researching and analyzing the relevant theory of just-in-time purchasing, the author points out that small and medium-sized enterprises in our country can also be applied well, and select the specific enterprise G company. The just-in-time purchasing model is designed for the company, and it is concluded that this procurement model can bring good expected effect to G company. On the basis of determining the research problems, this paper clarifies the research content of the paper, and expounds the research background and significance of this paper. The research ideas and the basic frame structure of the thesis are summarized. This paper briefly discusses the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars about punctual purchasing mode. On the basis of introducing the basic theory of just-in-time purchasing, this paper will analyze the current situation of G company's purchasing activities according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprise G company. For G company in the implementation of punctual procurement mode for the application design. And put forward the G company in the implementation of the specific steps, the final evaluation of the application effect.
