考虑逆向物流的库存路径问题集成优化模型与算法研究

【摘要】:随着全球信息技术的飞速发展、世界贸易的不断变化,企业面对的竞争形势越来越复杂化。电子商务的发展使得企业的竞争不再单独是产品之间的竞争了,逐渐地演变为企业与企业之间供应链之间的竞争。而为了在供应链的竞争中取得较大优势,必须结合企业的物流系统集成优化企业的供应链。库存策略和运输成本控制这两个问题一直是物流系统研究中相当重要的议题,国内外许多学者致力于这方面的研究,并取得了一定的成效,尤其改善了企业的运作效率,大大提高了产品竞争力。电子商务的飞跃发展同时导致了在物流系统中大量退货的产生,由此产生了逆向物流。本文这大背景下,研究了电子商务供应链环境下的IRP问题,建立加入逆向物流的IRP模型,并设计适合的求解算法。 本文的主要内容主要分为以下五个部分 第一章,主要介绍了包含逆向物流IRP这一问题的研究背景,已经研究这一议题的实际意义;综合阐述了IRP以及逆向物流的国内外研究现状,同时总结归纳了本文的研究内容,并与以往论文比较,阐释了本文的创新点; 第二章,重点撰写了本文所运用到的算法:第一部分的模拟退火算法;第二部分的禁忌搜索算法,介绍了他们的相关理论和思想,以及这两种算法的一般求解流程; 第三章,基于电子商务供应链的背景下,客户由于个人喜好产生的退货,从而形成了逆向物流,围绕这一问题建立包含逆向物流的两级物流系统IRP模型,并在标准的模拟退火算法的基础上设计了改进的模拟退火算法,通过相关数据库中的数据实例验证本模型的可行性,从求解结果来印证算法的优越性; 第四章,基于电子商务供应链的背景下,由于产品本身质量问题,形成了退货的逆向物流,围绕这一问题建立包含逆向物流的三级物流系统闭环IRP模型,并在标准的禁忌搜索算法的基础上设计了改进的禁忌搜索算法,通过相关数据库中的数据实例验证本模型的可行性,从求解结果来印证算法的优越性; 第五章,总结和展望。对本文全文内容进行总结,并指出本研究问题未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global information technology and the constant change of world trade, the competition situation faced by enterprises is becoming more and more complicated. With the development of electronic commerce, the competition of enterprises is no longer the competition between products, but gradually changes into the competition between enterprises and supply chains. In order to gain more advantages in the competition of supply chain, it is necessary to integrate and optimize the supply chain of enterprises with logistics system. Inventory strategy and transportation cost control have been very important issues in the research of logistics system. Many scholars at home and abroad have devoted themselves to the research, and have achieved certain results, especially improving the operational efficiency of enterprises. Greatly improve the competitiveness of the product. The rapid development of electronic commerce also leads to a large number of returns in the logistics system, resulting in reverse logistics. In this paper, the IRP problem in e-commerce supply chain environment is studied, the IRP model of reverse logistics is established, and a suitable algorithm is designed. The main contents of this paper are divided into the following five parts The first chapter mainly introduces the research background of the problem including reverse logistics (IRP), which has already studied the practical significance of this topic, comprehensively expounds the domestic and foreign research status of IRP and reverse logistics, and summarizes the research contents of this paper. And compared with the previous papers, explained the innovation of this paper; The second chapter focuses on the algorithms used in this paper: the first part of the simulated annealing algorithm, the second part of the Tabu search algorithm, introduces their relevant theories and ideas, as well as the two algorithms of the general solution flow; In the third chapter, based on the background of e-commerce supply chain, the customer returns goods because of personal preference, which forms reverse logistics. Around this problem, a two-level logistics system IRP model including reverse logistics is established. The improved simulated annealing algorithm is designed on the basis of the standard simulated annealing algorithm. The feasibility of the model is verified by the data examples in the related database, and the superiority of the algorithm is verified from the solution results. The fourth chapter, based on the background of e-commerce supply chain, because of the quality problem of the product itself, the reverse logistics of return is formed. Around this problem, the closed-loop IRP model of three-level logistics system including reverse logistics is established. Based on the standard Tabu search algorithm, an improved Tabu search algorithm is designed. The feasibility of the model is verified by the data examples in the relevant database, and the superiority of the algorithm is verified from the solution results. Chapter five, summary and prospect. This paper summarizes the content of this paper, and points out the future research direction of this research.
