基于SAP的连锁高端超市供应链系统的优化设计与实现

【摘要】:连锁超市自从20世纪90年代初进入我国以来,在我国经历了飞快的发展。随着近些年来国内经济的高速发展,高端消费者群体不断扩大,连锁高端超市逐渐出现并在规模和数量上形成爆发式的增长,其对自身的供应链管理以及信息化管理也提出了不同的要求。 连锁高端超市在其发展初期,,门店规模和商品数量以及顾客数量都较少,对门店的实时补货以及日常配送要求较低,可以通过门店主动巡视人为根据销售情况实现补货,以及总部人员计算定时的平均销量和人为主观经验判断来决定日常配送量。同时门店以及商品数量较少也导致对配送中心的收货上架以及拣货下架作业要求不是很高,一般可以采用摘果法分拣即可满足拣货配送的需求。 随着连锁高端超市进入快速成长期,门店的规模、商品的种类及数量,顾客以及销量都会出现快速增长,并且伴随着其高端的概念和经营模式,企业的进口商品的比重率不断提高,店面面积相对较小,以及精细化的多单品,少货量的特点,这就对门店实时补货率、配送中心商品的配送率,周转率,企业的资金使用率,总体库存成本等提出更高的要求。这些要求主要是门店根据自身的销售情况以及总部规划的整体市场营销策略来制定实时补货计划和补货数量以及配送中心的配送计划与数量,多批量,多单品,少货量的拣配作业的需求。如果这些要求等不到及时的满足和解决,会导致门店货架上商品长时间缺货影响门店销售、门店后仓库存管理水平混乱,同时配送中心产生作业瓶颈,影响企业整个物流供应链,使得企业对于客户的满意度越来越差,无法体现高端超市给顾客带来的生活品质与细节的要求,从而影响企业的品牌忠诚度以及核心竞争力。 本文主要针对以上两点需求与问题做了深入的研究: 为了解决门店实时补货以及日常配送的问题,本文以POS销售子系统为驱动,产生实时销售数据,以半小时汇总销售数据作为后仓到门店的拉式补货,以每日或一段时间门店以及后仓实际产生的需求量为基础结合门店手工申请补货量、系统自动产生的过期商品量、手工处理损坏丢失量、手工调整量,促销及新品铺货量,系统最小最大补货量等参数实现配送中心-后仓-门店的自动循环补货。同时通过以经济批量订货为模型的基础上,加入了季节因素、促销因素、安全库存、最小起订量、手工调整等数几个影响补货量计算的指标,经过的模拟计算得出的配送中心补货经验公式,以周为实际时间进行模拟公式计算,得出一定的参考值,同步到系统平台给到采购部门。 为了解决配送中心作业效率的问题,本文提出了RF手持终端结合SAP系统完成日常作业,重新规划和优化配送中心的通道,货架,商品类别整理,采用ABC分类以及相邻批次的指派策略上架以及两种拆零分拣法相结合的拣货下架策略。 在最后本文通过一个高端超市的实际项目给读者展示了基于POS以及SAP构建高端超市的供应链管理优化方案。通过对POS子系统、SAP系统以及RF子系统手持扫描终端的二次开发设计循环补货平台,实现门店-后仓-配送中心的自动+手工结合的循环补货,并且通过配置SAP系统的WMS模块来实现ABC分类和邻近批次的上架策略以及多种拣货方式并行的关键要点。
[Abstract]:Since the early 1990s, chain supermarkets have experienced rapid development in China. With the rapid development of the domestic economy in recent years, the high end consumer groups are expanding, the chain high-end supermarkets have gradually emerged and formed an explosive growth in scale and quantity, and their supply chain management and information management He also raised different requirements.
At the beginning of its development, the chain scale and the quantity of the goods and the quantity of the customers are less. The demand for the real time replenishment and the daily distribution of the stores is low. It can be determined by the average sales volume and subjective experience judgment of the headquarters staff. At the same time, at the same time, the number of stores and goods is not very high, and the demand for picking and picking is not very high. The picking method can be used to meet the demand of picking and distribution.
With the rapid growth of chain high-end supermarkets, the scale of the stores, the type and quantity of the goods, the customers and the sales will increase rapidly. With the high end concept and business model, the proportion of the imported goods is increasing, the area of the store is relatively small, and the fine variety of goods and the quantity of the goods are less. It puts forward higher requirements for the real time replenishment rate, distribution rate, turnover rate, capital utilization rate, and overall inventory cost of the distribution center. These requirements are mainly to make the real time replenishment plan, the quantity of replenishment and the distribution center according to the sales situation of the store and the overall marketing strategy of the headquarters. If these requirements are not satisfied and solved in time, it will lead to a long shortage of goods on the store shelves, which will affect the sales of the stores, and the management level of the store after the store is confused. At the same time, the distribution center produces the bottleneck of the operation and affects the whole logistics supply of the enterprise. The chain, which makes the satisfaction of the enterprise to the customer is getting worse and worse, can not reflect the requirements of the quality of life and the details that the high-end supermarket brings to the customers, thus affecting the brand loyalty and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
This article focuses on the above two needs and problems:
In order to solve the problem of real time replenishment and daily distribution, this paper takes the POS sales subsystem as the driving force to produce real time sales data. The volume of overdue goods produced automatically, manual handling of loss and loss, manual adjustment, sales promotion and new product volume, the minimum maximum replenishment quantity of the system to realize the automatic circulation replenishment in the distribution center - the post warehouse door. Small amount of quantity, manual adjustment and several factors affecting the amount of replenishment calculation, through the simulation calculation of the distribution center replenishment experience formula, the actual time for the simulation formula calculation, draw a certain reference value, synchronization to the system platform to the procurement department.
In order to solve the problem of the efficiency of the distribution center, this paper proposes the RF handheld terminal combined with the SAP system to complete the daily operation, replan and optimize the channel of the distribution center, the shelves, the sorting of commodity categories, the ABC classification, the assignment strategy of adjacent batches and the two kinds of sorting and sorting methods.
At the end of this paper, we show readers the supply chain management optimization scheme based on POS and SAP to build high-end supermarket through a practical project of high end supermarket. Through the two development of POS subsystem, SAP system and the RF subsystem handheld scanning terminal, the recycling replenishment platform is designed to realize the automatic + Manual combination of the store post warehouse distribution center. The cycle replenishment, and by configuring the WMS module of the SAP system to achieve ABC classification and the adjacent batch of shelves strategy, and the key points of multiple picking methods parallel.
