【摘要】：基于供应链管理环境下承包商与供应商关系和传统关系的区别,探讨供应链管理环境下建材供应商的选择指标体系,分析供应链管理环境下实施物料管理所需的技术支持和具体步骤,并总结在供应链管理环境下实施建筑物料管理的效果。通过研究,以期提高建筑企业建筑物料管理效果,促进提升建筑企业竞争力。
[Abstract]:Based on the difference between contractor and supplier relationship and traditional relationship in supply chain management environment, this paper discusses the selection index system of building materials supplier in supply chain management environment. This paper analyzes the technical support and concrete steps needed to implement the material management in the supply chain management environment, and summarizes the effect of the construction material management under the supply chain management environment. Through the research, we hope to improve the management effect of construction materials and promote the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
