供应链系统序参量识别研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争的日益激烈,顾客期望的不断提高,市场的变化越来越具有不确定性,企业与企业之间的合作显得越来越重要。供应链协同成为供应链以及供应链各节点企业提高自身竞争力的重要途径。实现供应链协同的关键是确定供应链系统的序参量。有效地识别出供应链演化过程中的序参量,可以帮助供应链各个节点企业识别出在供应链演化与发展过程中的关键因素,从而减少整个供应链各个节点企业的不必要投入,降低供应链运作成本,提高供应链系统演化与发展的成效。本文构建了供应链协同的状态参量体系,并构建了基于DEMATEL以及主旋律分析等方法的供应链序参量识别方法。 首先,本文第一章阐述了供应链序参量识别的研究背景、研究意义、供应链序参量识别目前的研究现状以及本文的研究内容;第二章梳理和回顾了相关理论及文献,对系统论、协同论、供应链、供应链管理以及供应链协同等理论进行了阐述,明确了供应链协同以及供应链序参量的内涵,为后文供应链序参量识别奠定了基础。 其次,本文采用文献分析和访谈相结合的方式建立了供应链系统协同初始状态参量体系,通过问卷调研对状态参量体系进行精简,使得状态参量体系更加科学合理,最终形成含有战略目标一致性、合作伙伴关系、核心企业能力、共同决策、信息共享程度、利益分配机制、信任机制、资源共享、市场信息预测能力、联合知识创造以及基础设施投资额等11个状态参量的供应链协同状态参量体系。 第三,运用DEMATEL以及主旋律分析等方法建立了供应链序参量识别方法。运用DEMATEL方法确定供应链系统协同状态参量的权重系数;通过对状态参量权重系数结构进行聚类分析确定供应链系统的主旋律,并通过计算各主旋律下状态参量的权重系数与理想状态下状态参量的权重系数的相似性确定对系统最具有代表性的主旋律,通过该主旋律下的各状态参量的权重系数便可以确定系统的序参量,权重系数最大的序参量为该供应链系统的序参量。 最后,在建立的供应链协同状态参量体系以及供应链序参量识别方法的基础上,对以某装备制造业为核心企业的供应链的序参量进行了识别研究,验证了本文提出的供应链序参量识别方法不仅简单易懂,而且计算简单,可操作性强。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition and the continuous improvement of customer expectations, the changes of the market are becoming more and more uncertain, and the cooperation between enterprises is becoming more and more important. Supply chain collaboration has become an important way for supply chain and supply chain enterprises to improve their competitiveness. The key to realize the supply chain collaboration is to determine the order parameters of the supply chain system. Effectively identifying the order parameters in the process of supply chain evolution can help each node enterprise in the supply chain identify the key factors in the process of the evolution and development of the supply chain, thus reducing the unnecessary input of each node enterprise in the whole supply chain. Reduce the cost of supply chain operation, improve the effectiveness of the evolution and development of supply chain system. In this paper, the state parameter system of supply chain cooperation is constructed, and the method of identifying supply chain order parameter based on DEMATEL and main melody analysis is constructed. Firstly, the research background and significance of supply chain order parameter identification are described in the first chapter of this paper. The current research status of supply chain order parameter identification and the research contents of this paper. Chapter two reviews the relevant theories and literature, and expounds the system theory, coordination theory, supply chain management and supply chain coordination theory, etc. The connotation of supply chain coordination and supply chain order parameters is defined, which lays a foundation for the later identification of supply chain order parameters. Secondly, this paper establishes the initial state parameter system of supply chain system by combining literature analysis and interview. Through questionnaire investigation, the state parameter system is simplified, which makes the state parameter system more scientific and reasonable, and finally forms the degree of information sharing, including the consistency of strategic objectives, the partnership relationship, the core enterprise capability, the common decision and the information sharing. A supply chain collaborative state parameter system with 11 state parameters, such as benefit allocation mechanism, trust mechanism, resource sharing, market information forecasting ability, joint knowledge creation and infrastructure investment. By using DEMATEL and main melody analysis, a method for identifying supply chain order parameters is established. Using DEMATEL method to determine the weight coefficient of the cooperative state parameter of the supply chain system, the main melody of the supply chain system is determined by cluster analysis of the structure of the weight coefficient of the state parameter. By calculating the similarity between the weight coefficients of the state parameters under each main melody and the weight coefficients of the state parameters in the ideal state, the most representative main melody for the system is determined. The order parameter of the system can be determined by the weight coefficient of each state parameter under the main melody, and the order parameter with the largest weight coefficient is the order parameter of the supply chain system. On the basis of the system of supply chain coordination state parameter and the method of identifying supply chain order parameter, the order parameter of supply chain based on the equipment manufacturing industry is studied. It is verified that the method proposed in this paper is not only easy to understand, but also easy to calculate and operable.
