【摘要】:随着全球化步伐的加快,企业间的竞争也愈演愈烈。为了扩大市场份额,维持可持续发展,,供应链管理已成为现代企业管理中的新热点。而供应商管理作为供应链管理中的一项主要内容,在被许多大企业广泛应用的同时,也成为许多中小企业降低风险、节约成本、增强客户间信息交流、与客户实现合作共赢的有效手段。 本论文结合作者本人的实际工作经验及和A公司各部门相关人员的访谈,针对A公司供应商管理现状,分析A公司在供应商管理中存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因。随后,结合A公司所需物料实际情况及所处的化工行业特点,采用卡拉杰克模型、加权点数法、层次分析法等方法对A公司的采购策略、供应商选择与评估、供应商绩效管理等方面提出优化意见。特别是提出了一些能解决A公司现阶段实际问题的建议,如:建立供应商管理委员会提升企业对采购的重视度、采用联合采购解决关键物料的价格与供货问题、采用供应商绩效管理KPI指标考核供应商并对其进行持续改进等。使A公司的供应商管理能够跟上企业发展的步伐,同时为中小型企业如何在供应链管理中提高市场竞争力提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the pace of globalization, competition between enterprises is also intensified. In order to expand market share and maintain sustainable development, supply chain management has become a new hot spot in modern enterprise management. As one of the main contents of supply chain management, supplier management has been widely used by many large enterprises, but also become a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises to reduce risk, save costs, enhance information exchange between customers. Effective means to achieve win-win cooperation with customers. Based on the author's practical work experience and interviews with relevant staff of company A, this paper analyzes the problems existing in supplier management and the reasons for these problems in company A in view of the current situation of supplier management in company A. Then, according to the actual situation of the material needed by A Company and the characteristics of the chemical industry, the paper adopts the methods of Karajak model, weighted point method, AHP and so on to evaluate the purchasing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation of A Company. Supplier performance management and other aspects of optimization advice. In particular, some suggestions are put forward to solve the practical problems of company A at the present stage, such as establishing a supplier management committee to enhance the importance of purchasing, and adopting joint procurement to solve the problem of price and supply of key materials. Use supplier performance management KPI indicators to evaluate suppliers and continue to improve them. The supplier management of company A can keep up with the pace of enterprise development and provide reference for small and medium-sized enterprises how to improve market competitiveness in supply chain management.
