A公司销售支持工作流程改善研究

【摘要】:对于当代的企业而言,成功的关键不仅需要拥有低成本的产品、高科技的技术,或是知名的品牌等优势,更重要的是企业自身的管理条件。在经济全球化和客户需求多样化的背景下,流程管理及其执行已经成为影响企业管理水平的关键要素。如何通过流程管理提高企业自身的运作效率、降低内耗、与客户和供应商建立良好的互动关系,也成为影响未来企业发展的重要因素。 好的企业管理在于好的业务流程,好的业务流程需要好的贯彻执行。A公司的销售支持部门属于集成供应链的中间环节,为了更好的对A公司的销售业务进行支撑,帮助供应链更有效的运转,并为整个公司提供增值服务,业务流程的不断改进十分重要。本文应用供应链管理理论与流程优化改善理论,在了解供应链管理的概念与内涵的基础上,采用流程优化与改善五步法,即流程体系规划、流程现状描述、流程问题分析、流程优化与再造以及流程配套设计,对A公司销售支持工作流程的现状进行了描述,并分析与诊断其中存在的问题,然后针对在直销合同管理流程与代理商返点流程中存在的问题,制定了改善方案,最后基于改善方案制定了实施的配套设计。 通过本文的研究与分析,不仅能够帮助A公司销售支持部门进行了工作流程的改善,并希望能将本文所采用的改善方法推广到其他部门,使持续改善的习惯深入公司的企业文化,从而保持A公司的市场领先地位。
[Abstract]:For modern enterprises, the key to success is not only the advantages of low-cost products, high-tech technology, or well-known brands, but also the management conditions of the enterprises themselves. Under the background of economic globalization and diversification of customer demand, process management and its implementation have become the key factors that affect the level of enterprise management. How to improve the operation efficiency, reduce internal friction and establish a good interaction with customers and suppliers through process management has become an important factor affecting the development of enterprises in the future. Good business management lies in good business processes. Good business processes need to be carried out well. A company's sales support department belongs to the intermediate link of the integrated supply chain. In order to better support the sales business of company A, It is important to improve the business process to help the supply chain to run more effectively and to provide value-added services to the whole company. This paper applies the theory of supply chain management and the theory of process optimization improvement, on the basis of understanding the concept and connotation of supply chain management, adopts the five-step method of process optimization and improvement, that is, process system planning, process status description, process problem analysis. Process optimization and reengineering, as well as process matching design, describe the current situation of sales support workflow in company A, and analyze and diagnose the existing problems. Then, aiming at the problems existing in the direct selling contract management process and the agent returning point flow, the improvement scheme is formulated. Finally, based on the improvement scheme, a complete set of implementation design is made. Through the research and analysis of this paper, it can not only help the sales support department of A company to improve the workflow, but also hope to extend the improvement method adopted in this paper to other departments. Keep the habit of continuous improvement into the company's corporate culture, thereby maintaining company A's leading position in the market.
