【摘要】:经过三十年的改革开放,我国的经济有了突飞猛进的发展成果,受世人的瞩目。根据中国汽车工业协会的统计数据:2013年,中国汽车生产量和销售量都突破了2000万辆大关,增速大幅提升,连续第五年成为世界第一。另一方面,国家出台车牌限购、车辆单双号限行政策,国外汽车品牌的不断涌入,国内各汽车企业的竞争日趋激烈。当前汽车企业的竞争优势不仅从核心竞争力中体现,而且与汽车供应链的高效运作紧密相连,所以汽车供应链必须依靠内外部精益化的管理,降低成本,合理配置各节点企业资源,提高经营效率。供应链管理中的一项重要内容就是绩效评价,它是企业成功推进供应链管理方案的保障,只有通过准确的绩效评价才能发现供应链运营中存在的问题,对症下药,,实施改进措施。 本文在回顾和总结国内外供应链绩效评价理论的基础上,结合汽车供应链的精益特点,将突变级数评价模型引入汽车精益供应链中。从核心企业的角度入手分析我国汽车企业精益供应链的生产、流通(包括采购、供应、库存、物流四个方面)、客户等内容及其影响因素,选取影响供应链绩效的变量,以此为基础构建汽车企业精益供应链绩效评价的突变模型。 通过前期文献阅读和查找资料发现对汽车企业供应链运营模式和供应链绩效评价的相关研究较多,而针对汽车企业的供应链绩效评价和汽车企业精益供应链的系统性研究较少。本文以汽车的生产销售链条为逻辑,分析一辆企业从上游供应商的供应、核心企业的生产装配,到下游分销商和零售商的销售整个链条的各个环节可能存在的浪费,从内外部环境的角度分析评价汽车企业精益供应链绩效的重要性,提炼出供应链绩效的影响因素。在第四章中,总结国内外关于供应链绩效评价各种方法,分析突变级数法的适用性,借鉴现有供应链绩效评价指标体系,说明各指标在评价精益供应链中的作用,通过专家访谈法确定各个绩效指标因素的重要程度,建立汽车企业精益供应链的绩效评价指标体系,运用突变级数法建立汽车企业精益供应链绩效评价模型。最后通过案例进行实证分析,将突变级数模型应用到具体的汽车供应链绩效评价中,验证模型的适用性。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of reform and opening up, the economy of our country has developed by leaps and bounds and attracted the attention of the world. According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in 2013, China's car production and sales exceeded the 20 million mark, the growth rate rose sharply, making it the fifth consecutive year in a row to become the world's largest. On the other hand, the national license plate limit, vehicle single and even number limit policy, foreign automobile brands constantly influx, the competition of domestic automobile enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. At present, the competitive advantage of automobile enterprises is not only reflected in the core competitiveness, but also closely related to the efficient operation of automobile supply chain. Therefore, automobile supply chain must rely on lean management inside and outside to reduce the cost. Rational allocation of enterprise resources at each node to improve operational efficiency. One of the important contents of supply chain management is performance evaluation, which is the guarantee for enterprises to promote supply chain management successfully. Only through accurate performance evaluation can the problems existing in supply chain operation be discovered and the right remedy can be given. Implement improvement measures. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the theories of supply chain performance evaluation at home and abroad and combining the lean characteristics of automobile supply chain, this paper introduces the catastrophe series evaluation model into automotive lean supply chain. This paper analyzes the production, circulation (including procurement, supply, inventory, logistics) of the lean supply chain of Chinese automobile enterprises and its influencing factors from the angle of the core enterprises, and selects the variables that affect the performance of the supply chain. On the basis of this, a catastrophe model of performance evaluation of lean supply chain for automobile enterprises is constructed. Through the previous literature reading and finding data, we find that there are many related researches on supply chain operation mode and supply chain performance evaluation of automobile enterprises, but there are few systematic studies on supply chain performance evaluation and lean supply chain for automobile enterprises. Taking the production and sale chain of automobile as the logic, this paper analyzes the possible waste in every link of the whole chain from the supply of upstream suppliers, the production and assembly of core enterprises to the sales chain of downstream distributors and retailers. This paper analyzes the importance of evaluating the performance of lean supply chain in automobile enterprises from the angle of internal and external environment, and abstracts the influencing factors of supply chain performance. In the fourth chapter, we summarize the domestic and foreign methods of supply chain performance evaluation, analyze the applicability of the catastrophe series method, use the existing supply chain performance evaluation index system for reference, and explain the role of each index in the evaluation of lean supply chain. Through the expert interview method to determine the important degree of each performance index factor, establish the performance evaluation index system of the automobile enterprise lean supply chain, and establish the performance evaluation model of the automobile enterprise lean supply chain by using the catastrophe series method. Finally, the catastrophe series model is applied to the performance evaluation of automobile supply chain to verify the applicability of the model.
