蒂森克虏伯汇众公司平准化生产研究

【摘要】:随着汽车主机厂交付时间的降低和配置的日趋多样化,传统的大批量生产方式已经不能满足市场需求特点,多品种小批量混流生产方式和柔性制造技术被汽车零部件企业广泛应用。目前国内很多汽车零部件企业开始研究并运用先进的生产管理方式,作为精益制造均衡生产的部分升华,平准化生产管理已成为企业的一门必修课,它以市场或客户需求为主导,,以消除浪费和快速响应为核心,保证企业以较少的投入获得较好的利润回报。 因此,本文联系蒂森克虏伯汇众公司工厂的实际生产情况,阐述了平准化生产管理方法的优点;系统地论述了平准化生产理论与生产计划的编制过程;统计生产计划与实际生产的偏离项并由此评估影响工厂平准化生产实施的各类因素;论述了精益制造改善能力、科学合理的生产计划编制、良好的供应链环境及供应商体系建立是企业平准化生产顺利实施的关键。通过平准化生产思想指导工厂生产,能促进提高各项生产及物流管理绩效,最终满足客户日益苛刻的供货需求。 本文基于平准化生产思想对工厂某条混流程度最高的生产线实施精益改善,在提高生产线产出的同时也降低了生产成本,并通过一系列行动计划优化了供应链环境,改善了长期存在的供应商交付不及时问题,最终验证了平准化生产管理体系的优越性。
[Abstract]:As the delivery time is reduced and the configuration is increasingly diversified, the traditional mass production mode can not meet the characteristics of the market demand. The multi variety and small batch mixed flow production and flexible manufacturing technology are widely used by the auto parts enterprises. At present, many automobile parts enterprises in China have begun to study and use the advanced technology. The mode of production management, as part of the sublimation of the balanced production of lean manufacturing, has become a required course for enterprises. It is dominated by market or customer demand, with the core of eliminating waste and quick response, and ensuring that enterprises get better profit returns with less investment.
Therefore, this paper, in connection with the actual production situation of the factory of Thyssen Krupp Huizhong company, expounds the advantages of the leveling production management method, systematically expounds the process of the production planning of the flat production theory and the production plan, the deviation term of the statistical production plan and the actual production, and the assessment of the various causes affecting the implementation of the factory's leveling production. It discusses the improvement ability of lean manufacturing, the scientific and reasonable production planning, the good supply chain environment and the establishment of the supplier system is the key to the smooth implementation of the enterprise's leveling production. By guiding the production of the factory through the thought of leveling production, it can promote the improvement of the management performance of all production and transitivity, and finally meet the increasingly demanding of the customer. Goods demand.
Based on the thought of leveling production, the lean improvement of the production line with the highest mixed flow level in the factory is carried out. The production cost is also reduced while the production line is raised. The supply chain environment is optimized through a series of action plans, and the problem of the long existing supplier delivery is not timely. Finally, the leveling production pipe is verified. The superiority of the system.
