延长壳牌石油成品油物流管理优化方案研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国国内市场成品油零售市场的逐渐开放,大型跨国石油公司一般采用和内资企业组建合资公司的方式,参与到国内成品油零售市场的竞争中来。作为成品油市场的后来者,面临已经形成的国内石油零售格局,唯有在快速发展的同时不断的降低成本,才能在两大集团的夹缝中寻求生存的机会。而随着油站网络规模的逐渐扩大,成品油物流因素显得越发重要,延长壳牌石油迅速扩张过程中,物流的瓶颈已经成为制约发展的新问题,这也是本文的主要研究对象。 本文通过以供应链理论以及供应链理论中物流理论为基础依据,结合成品油物流的内涵和运行模式,通过调查研究,比较研究以及案例研究的方法对延长壳牌石油成品油物流环节的现状和存在问题进行浅析,对近两年对物流的需求进行预测,并在此基础之上提出了延长壳牌石油成品油物流管理优化方案以及保障措施。本文首先概述了延长壳牌石油的发展历史、主营业务、组织机构、商业原则以及成品油物流的现状,随后通过深入一线的调查研究,分析出了成品油物流存在的问题和成因。然后,运用理论知识和行业标杆企业的先进经验对对物流环节的需求预测,提出了成品油物流管理优化方案。最后,针对成品油物流管理形成的方案,明确了实施过程中应注意的问题。同时,对如何保障落实提出了措施。 本文结合成品油物流的相关理论从总体规划、目标重点、实施思路、实施方案四个方面对延长壳牌石油的成品油物理管理提出了优化方案。对指导现阶段的延长壳牌如何提高运营中关键的物流环节的运行效率及降低成本方面有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of domestic oil retail market, large multinational oil companies generally adopt the way of establishing joint ventures with domestic enterprises to participate in the competition of domestic oil products retail market. As the latecomer of the oil products market, facing the domestic oil retail pattern that has been formed, only with the rapid development and the constant reduction of the cost, can we seek the chance to survive in the gap between the two groups. With the gradual expansion of oil filling station network, the logistics factor of refined oil becomes more and more important. In the process of prolonging Shell's rapid expansion, the bottleneck of logistics has become a new problem restricting the development, which is also the main research object of this paper. On the basis of supply chain theory and logistics theory of supply chain, combined with the connotation and operation mode of refined oil logistics, this paper makes an investigation and research. The methods of comparative study and case study are used to analyze the present situation and existing problems of the logistics link of Yanchang Shell Petroleum Product Oil, and forecast the demand of logistics in the last two years. On this basis, the optimized logistics management scheme and the safeguard measures are put forward. In this paper, the development history, main business, organization, commercial principle and current situation of product oil logistics of Yanchang Shell are summarized, and then the problems and causes of product oil logistics are analyzed through in-depth investigation and research. Then, using the theory knowledge and the advanced experience of the benchmarking enterprise to forecast the demand of the logistics link, the optimization scheme of the logistics management of the finished oil is put forward. Finally, according to the scheme of product oil logistics management, the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementation are clarified. At the same time, how to ensure the implementation of measures. Combined with the related theory of product oil logistics, this paper puts forward an optimized scheme for the physical management of refined oil products of Yanchang Shell from four aspects: general planning, objective focus, implementation idea and implementation plan. It has certain reference value for instructing how to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the cost of the key logistics link.
