VMI模式下A企业的生产、库存及配送整合优化研究

【摘要】:供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI)模式是在供应链管理的基础上,上下游企业通过库存管理职责的转移,从而实现供应链绩效优化的一种库存管理模式。一般情况下,VMI模式能够给下游客户带来更高的收益,但是对于上游供应商来说却是不确定的。在此背景下,对VMI模式下的上游制造商的生产、库存及配送整合优化问题进行研究,降低其在VMI模式下的成本,具有重要的理论和实践意义。 本文以A企业与其下游客户B公司组成的两级供应链系统为研究对象,在对A企业背景和其按单生产(Make To Order, MTO)的生产模式进行介绍后,分析了A企业VMI模式的提出背景—-MTO生产模式中存在的问题,如生产混乱、高库存,并提出VMI在A企业的运作模式。然后综合考虑生产、库存及配送成本,借助0-1混合整数线性规划方法,构建了一个多周期、多产品的生产、库存及配送整合优化模型。该模型能够有效优化VMI模式下A企业的生产、采购及配送过程。最后,通过引入A企业相关参数和数据,不仅对模型进行了验证,而且进一步给出了VMI模式与MTO生产模式下,A企业各构成成本的对比结果,以及分析了模型中生产能力、需求量参数的变化和计划偏差对A企业总成本的影响情况。 研究结果表明,VMI模式下A企业利用信息的共享,对自身的生产、库存及配送进行整合优化后,能够有效地降低供应链整体和自身的总成本,但是对于A企业来说,其减少的成本低于B公司减少的成本。另外,VMI模式下,A企业生产线生产能力的提升,有助于其进一步降低总成本;需求量增加时,单位产品的成本并不一定减少;降低计划偏差和提高安全库存的服务水平,A企业的总成本将得到有效地降低。
[Abstract]:Vendor managed inventory (VMI) mode is a kind of inventory management mode which realizes the optimization of supply chain performance by transferring the responsibility of inventory management in upstream and downstream enterprises on the basis of supply chain management. Generally speaking, VMI model can bring higher profit to downstream customers, but it is uncertain for upstream suppliers. In this context, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the optimization of production, inventory and distribution integration of upstream manufacturers in VMI mode, and to reduce the cost under VMI mode. This paper takes the two-level supply chain system composed of A enterprise and its downstream customer company B as the research object, after introducing the background of A enterprise and the production mode of make to order (MTO). This paper analyzes the background of VMI mode in A enterprise, the problems existing in MTO production mode, such as production chaos, high inventory, and puts forward the operation mode of VMI in A enterprise. Then, considering the production, inventory and distribution cost, a multi-cycle, multi-product production, inventory and distribution integration optimization model is constructed with the help of 0-1 mixed integer linear programming method. The model can effectively optimize the production, procurement and distribution processes of enterprise A in VMI mode. Finally, by introducing the relevant parameters and data of A enterprise, not only the model is verified, but also the comparison results between the VMI model and the MTO production mode are given, and the production capacity in the model is analyzed. The influence of the change of demand parameters and the deviation of plan on the total cost of A enterprise. The results show that A enterprise can effectively reduce the overall and total cost of its supply chain by sharing information and optimizing its production, inventory and distribution under the VMI mode, but for the A enterprise, the whole supply chain and its own total cost can be effectively reduced. Its cost reduction is lower than that of B company. In addition, the increase of production capacity of production line in VMI will help to further reduce the total cost, while the cost per unit product will not necessarily be reduced when the demand increases. Reduce the plan deviation and improve the service level of the safety inventory the total cost of the enterprise will be reduced effectively.
