基于直觉模糊TOPSIS理论的第三方物流供应商选择研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,随着专业分工的细化,企业认识到只有将自身的核心优势集中化,同时借助外部的资源来弥补自身的弱势,才能使企业变得更有竞争力。企业和物流供应商之间也从简单的交易关系上升为一种战略合作的伙伴关系,这种战略合作关系可以被认为是整个供应链上的“减震器”,既能减少供应链上的不确定因素,降低库存,减少整个系统的成本;又有助于提高对市场的反应速度,增强在市场上的竞争地位。如何才能站在全局的角度,科学地评价与选择适合自身需求的第三方物流供应商是企业增强自身供应链的一个十分重要的课题,也是研究的热点和难点。 鉴于此,本文在大量参阅了国内外有关物流供应商评价与选择的研究成果的基础上,基于直觉模糊TOPSIS理论构建了第三方物流供应商选择模型。首先给出了直觉模糊集和直觉模糊数的概念,定义了一系列的运算法则和集成算子;在考虑犹豫度的基础上对已有直觉模糊集测度做出了新的改进,并用算例验证了其有效性。随后,结合国内外物流供应商评价指标的现有成果和物流行业的发展特点选出若干评价指标,以供后续筛选,进而采用直觉模糊集作为理论工具,,根据企业的实际需求对各评价指标的重要性进行评价,删除不重要指标,建立满足企业需求的评价指标体系。在此基础上,对第三方物流供应商的选择问题进行深入分析,基于不完全信息下的第三方物流供应商选择问题,引入信息论里熵的概念,提出直觉模糊熵权法来确定各指标权重,同时对传统TOPSIS决策方法进行扩展,建立基于直觉模糊TOPSIS理论的第三方物流供应商选择模型。最后结合具体的算例表明该决策模型的易操作性和有效性,通过对评价指标的权重进行敏感性分析,分析结果也表明所提出方法具有较好的稳定性。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, with the refinement of professional division of labor, enterprises realize that only by centralizing their core advantages and making use of external resources to make up for their weakness, can enterprises become more competitive. The relationship between enterprises and logistics suppliers has also evolved from a simple transaction relationship to a strategic cooperative partnership, which can be considered as a "shock absorber" on the entire supply chain, which can reduce uncertainties in the supply chain. Reduce inventory, reduce the cost of the whole system, and help to improve the speed of response to the market, enhance the competitive position in the market. How to scientifically evaluate and select the third-party logistics suppliers suitable for their own needs from the overall perspective is a very important issue for enterprises to strengthen their own supply chain, and it is also a hot and difficult point of research. In view of this, based on a large number of domestic and foreign logistics supplier evaluation and selection research results, based on intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS theory to build a third-party logistics supplier selection model. Firstly, the concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy number are given, a series of algorithms and integration operators are defined, and a new improvement on the measure of intuitionistic fuzzy set is made on the basis of considering the degree of hesitation, and its validity is verified by an example. Then, combined with the existing achievements of domestic and foreign logistics supplier evaluation indicators and the development characteristics of logistics industry, selected some evaluation indicators for subsequent screening, and then used intuitionistic fuzzy sets as a theoretical tool. According to the actual needs of the enterprise, the importance of each evaluation index is evaluated, the unimportant index is deleted, and the evaluation index system is established to meet the needs of the enterprise. On this basis, the selection of third-party logistics suppliers is deeply analyzed. Based on the problem of supplier selection under incomplete information, the concept of entropy in information theory is introduced. An intuitionistic fuzzy entropy weight method is proposed to determine the weight of each index. Meanwhile, the traditional TOPSIS decision method is extended to establish a third-party logistics supplier selection model based on intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS theory. Finally, an example is given to show the maneuverability and validity of the decision model. The sensitivity analysis of the weight of the evaluation index shows that the proposed method has good stability.
