面向战略联盟的X公司物流供应商选择

【摘要】:在供应链发展越来越迅速,经济全球化越来越普遍的今天,企业之间的竞争已经从个体之间的竞争发展成为了供应链之间的竞争。因此,越来越多的公司在寻求与供应链上其他企业的合作,发挥各自的优势,实现1+12的目标,战略联盟便应时而生。战略联盟中的各企业可以充分发挥自己的核心优势,与联盟其他方一起合作,赢得双赢。 X公司是一家发展迅速的制造型企业,但X公司的快速发展,物流成了瓶颈。而且物流供应商的能力也在一定程度上反映了X公司的软实力以及企业的形象。因此x公司亟待改善自己的物流运营现状,由此X公司便提出了与物流公司建立战略联盟的想法。但是X公司目前物流供应商选择的方法是无法满足面向战略联盟的物流供应商选择的要求的。 而且,通过大量实践证明,第三方物流供应商的水平高低在提高企业增值服务水平的提高、企业核心竞争力的增强、企业物流成本的降低等方面都起着非常重要的作用,因为只有足够优秀的物流供应商才可以满足企业在不断发展中又不断变化的物流需求。 基于这样的目的和现状,本文首先通过对X公司物流部门的走访与调查,对X公司物流,物流供应商以及其选择方法进行了详细的分析,指出了问题的所在。其次,通过大量文献资料的阅读与整理,初步建立了X公司面向战略联盟的物流供应商的评价指标体系,之后邀请专家对评价指标进行打分,并运用SPSS对数据进行分析,完善了指标体系,从一定程度上增加了指标体系的科学性。最后,请相关领域的专家以及学者,针对指标体系对参与评选的5家物流供应商进行打分,根据专家学者的打分,首先运用AHP和熵值法相结合求出了每个指标的权重,再运用模糊评价的方法依次求出了每家供应商的得分,依据得分直观的看出了物流供应商的排序。 本文的目的在于根据X公司物流发展的需要,为X公司物流供应商的选择提供一定的依据,为X公司后续工作的开展做好准备。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of supply chain and economic globalization, the competition between enterprises has changed from individual competition to supply chain competition. Therefore, more and more companies are seeking cooperation with other enterprises in the supply chain, giving play to their respective advantages to achieve the goal of 112, strategic alliances will be born in time. Each enterprise in the strategic alliance can give full play to its core advantages and cooperate with other parties in the alliance to win a win-win situation. X Company is a rapidly developing manufacturing enterprise, but with the rapid development of X Company, logistics becomes the bottleneck. And logistics supplier's ability also reflected X company's soft power and enterprise's image to a certain extent. Therefore, X Company urgently needs to improve its logistics operation status quo, so X Company has put forward the idea of establishing strategic alliance with logistics company. But X company can not meet the requirement of logistics supplier selection for strategic alliance. Moreover, through a large number of practices, it has been proved that the level of third-party logistics suppliers plays a very important role in improving the value-added service level of enterprises, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, and reducing the logistics costs of enterprises. Because only good enough logistics suppliers can meet the changing logistics needs of enterprises in the continuous development. Based on this purpose and present situation, this paper firstly analyzes X company logistics, logistics suppliers and their selection methods through the visit and investigation of X company logistics department, and points out the problem. Secondly, through reading and sorting out a lot of documents, the evaluation index system of logistics supplier facing strategic alliance of X company is established preliminarily. After that, experts are invited to grade the evaluation index, and the data are analyzed by SPSS. Improved the index system, to a certain extent increased the scientific nature of the index system. Finally, the experts and scholars in related fields are invited to score the five logistics suppliers participating in the selection according to the index system. According to the scoring of experts and scholars, the weight of each index is obtained by combining AHP and entropy method. Then the fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the scores of each supplier in turn, and the ranking of logistics suppliers is intuitively seen according to the score. The purpose of this paper is to provide some basis for the selection of X company logistics suppliers according to the needs of X company logistics development, and to prepare for the development of X company.
