基于电子产品的闭环供应链管理与绩效的实证研究

【摘要】：利用方差分析与多重比较对闭环供应链管理策略与绩效之间的关系进行分析,研究发现:正向供应链管理是企业实现价值增值的主要渠道,逆向供应链管理策略是导致闭环供应链管理绩效存在差异的原因之一,闭环供应链管理策略对闭环供应链绩效的影响差异显著,全面关注策略是提升闭环供应链管理绩效的最优策略。最后通过对前述研究进行总结,得出有关管理启示和进一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the relationship between closed-loop supply chain management strategy and performance by means of variance analysis and multiple comparisons. It is found that forward supply chain management is the main channel for enterprises to realize value added. The reverse supply chain management strategy is one of the reasons leading to the difference of closed-loop supply chain management performance, and the influence of closed-loop supply chain management strategy on closed-loop supply chain performance is significant. The overall attention strategy is the best strategy to improve the performance of closed-loop supply chain management. Finally, by summarizing the above-mentioned research, the author draws the enlightenment of management and the direction of further research.
