线上供应链金融筛选机制研究

【摘要】：线上供应链金融是通过金融交易平台、电子商务平台、在线支付平台、物流与供应链管理平台和核心企业信息系统平台的无缝衔接，实现了“商流——物流——资金流——信息流”在线提供和使用，，据此为企业提供无纸化、标准化、便捷高效、低运营成本的金融服务。由于线上供应链金融主要解决中小企业融资难问题，对于国家经济拉动起了重要作用，其发展问题已引起了国家的高度重视。本文将从商业银行角度研究线上供应链金融筛选机制，以满足解决中小企业融资难题，因此查阅大量文献的基础上，本文主要做了以下研究。 本文对供应链金融和线上供应链金融的定义、融资方式和指标体系进行了对比分析；分析了线上供应链金融的发展和构建线上供应链金融筛选机制的必要性；对现有的筛选评价方法进行了理论到应用的分析，并对其中六种广泛运用于供应链的筛选方法，层次分析法、TOPSIS法、模糊综合评价法、主成分分析法、ABC成本法和人工神经网络法进行了理论分析和结合线上供应链金融特点的应用分析；对供应链金融筛选指标体系进行了梳理，将线上供应链金融弱筛选指标体系分为五个主要组成部分，行业状况、核心企业、供应链整体状况、融资企业和融资项目，强筛选指标体系分为三个部分：供应链运营状况、融资企业信用和融资项目运营状况进行了详细分析，得出了线上供应链金融指标体系；运用模糊层次分析法构建筛选模型。 本文的创新点：（1）构建线上供应链金融筛选指标体系。分析了线上供应链金融，并根据线上供应链金融交易的特点，对融资企业、核心企业、融资项目、供应链整体状况和行业状况进行分析，得出了线上供应链金融筛选指标体系。（2）构建线上供应链金融筛选模型。对现有的筛选方法及应用进行分析，结合线上供应链金融的特点，利用模糊层次分析法构建了线上供应链金融筛选模型。
[Abstract]:Online supply chain finance is a seamless link of financial transaction platform, electronic commerce platform, online payment platform, logistics and supply chain management platform and core enterprise information system platform. The online supply and use of "business flow-material flow-capital flow-information flow" is realized, according to which paperless, standardized, convenient and efficient financial services with low operating cost are provided for enterprises. Because the online supply chain finance mainly solves the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises, it plays an important role in pulling the national economy, and its development problem has been paid great attention to by the country. This paper will study the online supply chain financial screening mechanism from the perspective of commercial banks in order to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, so on the basis of consulting a lot of literature, this paper mainly does the following research. In this paper, the definition, financing mode and index system of supply chain finance and online supply chain finance are compared and analyzed, and the development of online supply chain finance and the necessity of constructing online supply chain finance screening mechanism are analyzed. The existing screening and evaluation methods are analyzed in theory and application, and six of them are widely used in supply chain, such as Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) TOPSIS method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method (FCE), Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE). Principal component Analysis (PCA), ABC cost method and artificial Neural Network (Ann) are used to analyze the characteristics of supply chain finance, and the index system of supply chain finance screening is analyzed. This paper divides the weak screening index system of online supply chain finance into five main parts: industry condition, core enterprise, supply chain overall condition, financing enterprise and financing project, and strong screening index system is divided into three parts: supply chain operation condition. The credit of the financing enterprise and the operation of the financing project are analyzed in detail, and the financial index system of the online supply chain is obtained, and the screening model is constructed by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) to construct the financial screening index system of online supply chain. This paper analyzes the online supply chain finance, and analyzes the financing enterprises, the core enterprises, the financing projects, the supply chain as a whole and the industry according to the characteristics of the online supply chain financial transactions. The index system of online supply chain financial screening is obtained. (2) the online supply chain financial screening model is constructed. Based on the analysis of the existing screening methods and their applications, the model of on-line supply chain finance screening is constructed by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) combined with the characteristics of online supply chain finance.
