GF纺织品公司经营战略调整研究

【摘要】:纺织品服装工业作为重要的民生产业,“十二五”时期,我国纺织工业将接受更大的挑战,本文以GF纺织品有限公司作为案例研究背景,研究表明,该公司的优势在削弱、威胁在加大。通过对GF纺织品出口企业面临的各类因素分析,明确经营战略调整的重点,使企业能够及时有效的采取针对性措施。 论文采用SWOT分析法,首先对企业所面临的环境,,包括产业环境和宏观环境,并存的威胁和机会展开详细讨论其次对企业内部的各种资源进行了系统分析,并以上述分析为基础,提出了企业经营的发展战略。本文运用了文献研究法、理论和实践相结合、数据分析的方法。全面收集我国纺织品服装企业,特别是服装企业的经营战略的理论及实践资料,对其经验和教训进行总结分析。运用先进的国际经营战略理论,结合GF纺织品公司的状况,提出适合GF纺织品公司的经营战略:大力发展新型面料—甲壳素纺织面料、改变客户集中度高的状况,丰富和完善营销网络体系,从而占据服装零售行业的制高点。公司应从营销网络体系、供应商、供应链、经营制度、人才战略、风险管理这几方面进行保障,打造品牌,增强核心竞争力。 通过纺织品服装出口企业面临的挑战的分析,有利于GF纺织品公司及时发现并解决存在的问题;有利于企业准确把握前景变化的趋势,从而实现企业发展战略的动态管理。同时对国内其他纺织品服装企业也有很好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Textile and garment industry, as an important industry of people's livelihood, will face more challenges during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. In this paper, GF Textile Co., Ltd. is taken as a case study background, the research shows that the advantages of this company are weakening. The threat is increasing. Through the analysis of all kinds of factors that GF textile export enterprises are faced with, the emphases of management strategy adjustment are made clear, so that enterprises can take timely and effective targeted measures. In this paper, SWOT analysis method is used. Firstly, the threats and opportunities that enterprises face, including industrial environment and macro environment, are discussed in detail. Secondly, various kinds of resources within enterprises are systematically analyzed and based on the above analysis. The development strategy of enterprise management is put forward. This article uses the literature research method, the theory and the practice unifies, the data analysis method. This paper collects the theory and practice data of the textile and garment enterprises, especially the clothing enterprises, and sums up their experiences and lessons. Applying the advanced international management strategy theory and combining the situation of GF textile company, the paper puts forward the management strategy suitable for GF textile company: vigorously developing new type fabric-chitin textile fabric, changing the situation of high customer concentration, Enrich and perfect the marketing network system, thus occupy the commanding point of the clothing retail industry. The company should guarantee marketing network system, supplier, supply chain, management system, talent strategy and risk management to build brand and enhance core competitiveness. Through the analysis of the challenges faced by textile and garment export enterprises, it is helpful for GF textile company to find out and solve the existing problems in time, to grasp the changing trend of the future accurately, and to realize the dynamic management of the enterprise's development strategy. At the same time, other textile and clothing enterprises in China also have a good reference significance.
