RFID对快速消费品供应链绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:RFID技术自从20世纪90年代兴起以来,在供应链管理领域中迅速得到许多企业的关注,成为国内外研究的热点问题,获得了各类研究机构的广泛关注,被公认为是21世纪供应链管理领域中最重要的技术之一。FMCG由于产品自身的特点,无论是在产品的原材料采购环节、生产制造环节、仓储运输环节、分销环节还是销售环节,都有严格时间要求,要求产品可以尽快地售出,这就使得FMCG行业对于RFID技术的需求较其他行业更加迫切。因此,研究RFID技术对快速消费品供应链绩效的影响就具有十分积极的意义。论文就是以此为出发点进行研究的。 论文在研究的过程中首先详细阐述了研究的背景、目的、意义和文章的结构。然后论文回顾了RBV、RFID、FMCG和供应链及其绩效等与研究密切相关的理论,作为理论基础。之后通过对上述文献进行整理,构建了研究的框架,并提出了5个需要验证的假设,其中假设H“RFID技术能力对FMCG供应链绩效具有正向的影响”为主假设,假设Ha“RFID技术在信息收集方面对FMCG供应链绩效具有正向的影响”、假设Hb“RFID技术在信息传递方面对FMCG供应链绩效具有正向的影响”、假设Hc“RFID技术在信息储存方面对FMCG供应链绩效具有正向的影响”和假设Hd“RFID技术在信息使用方面对FMCG供应链绩效具有正向的影响”为子假设。在提出假设之后,确定研究的方法为问卷调查法,并根据研究方法设计抽样方案,构建测量量表以及选取数据分析方法。当所有的准备工作结束并成功回收问卷时,就可以进入数据分析检验的阶段。该阶段主要是录入所收集的问卷中的数据,并使用SPSS处理,进行描述性统计分析、信度分析、效度分析、相关性分析和回归分析,查看数据的统计特征值,并依照之前确定的标准进行检验,判断5个假设是否通过检验。最后,根据检验的结果得出结论,5个假设全部通过检验,假设成立,即RFID技术能力对FMCG供应链绩效确实具有正向的影响,RFID技术能力在信息收集、信息传递、信息储存和信息使用方面也分别对FMCG供应链绩效具有正向的影响。在得出结论的同时,论文还提出了研究中所获得的一些启示,这些启示可以指导FMCG企业如何通过使用RFID技术提高其供应链的绩效。此外,,论文在结尾处也指出了研究过程中的局限所在和未来可以进行的研究方向,以供后来的研究者作为参考。
[Abstract]:Since the rise of RFID technology in 1990s, many enterprises have paid more and more attention to RFID technology in the field of supply chain management, which has become a hot research issue at home and abroad, and has been widely concerned by all kinds of research institutions. FMCG is recognized as one of the most important technologies in the field of supply chain management in the 21st century. There is a strict time requirement that products can be sold as soon as possible, which makes the demand for RFID technology more urgent in FMCG industry than in other industries. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of RFID technology on the performance of FMCG supply chain. This is the starting point of the study of the paper. Firstly, the background, purpose, significance and structure of the research are described in detail. Then the paper reviews the theory of RBV RFIDC FMCG and supply chain and its performance as the theoretical basis. After that, the paper constructs the framework of the research and puts forward five hypotheses that need to be verified, among which, the assumption that "RFID technology capability has a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain" is based on the hypothesis that the capability of RFID technology has a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain. Assuming that Ha "RFID technology has a positive impact on FMCG supply chain performance in terms of information collection" and that HB "RFID technology has a positive impact on FMCG supply chain performance in terms of information transmission", The hypotheses are "RFID technology has positive influence on FMCG supply chain performance in information storage" and Hd "RFID technology has positive effect on FMCG supply chain performance in information usage". After putting forward the hypothesis, the research method is the questionnaire method, and according to the research method, the sampling scheme is designed, the measurement scale is constructed and the data analysis method is selected. When all preparations are completed and the questionnaire is successfully retrieved, the data analysis phase can be entered. In this stage, the data collected from the questionnaire are inputted, and SPSS is used to analyze the statistical characteristics of the data, such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The five hypotheses were tested according to the criteria established before and whether the five hypotheses passed the test. Finally, according to the results of the test, we conclude that all of the five assumptions pass the test. The hypothesis is true, that is, RFID technology capability has a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain. Information storage and information usage also have a positive impact on the performance of FMCG supply chain. At the same time, the paper also puts forward some enlightenment, which can guide FMCG enterprises how to improve the performance of their supply chain by using RFID technology. In addition, at the end of the paper, the limitations of the research process and the possible future research directions are also pointed out, which can be used as a reference for later researchers.
