煤炭企业供应链优化建模的仿真分析

【摘要】:准确建立供应链模型,能够有效的加强产品的快速流通。煤炭企业中的供应链较为复杂,当前的煤炭企业供应链中,存在着模块化、分布式、易变、非结构化的特点,传统的集中式多是静态建模,无法反映煤炭企业供应链的动态变化,造成模型不准确,产品流通较慢。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种基于Petri网的煤炭企业绿色供应链优化模型。利用Petri网相关理论,描述煤炭企业供应链中的动态变化,描述煤炭开采企业、经销商、分销商以及顾客等四个不同的层次。计算煤炭企业之间的流通路径,优化模型。仿真结果表明,利用该算法建立煤炭企业绿色供应链优化模型,能够降低煤炭企业之间的物流成本,优化企业之间的供应关系,最终提高了产品流通的速度。
[Abstract]:Accurate establishment of supply chain model can effectively strengthen the rapid circulation of products. The supply chain in coal enterprises is more complex. In the current supply chain of coal enterprises, there are the characteristics of modularization, distribution, variability and unstructured. The traditional centralized model is static modeling. It can not reflect the dynamic change of supply chain of coal enterprise, resulting in inaccurate model and slow circulation of products. In order to solve the above problems, a green supply chain optimization model for coal enterprises based on Petri net is proposed. Based on the theory of Petri net, this paper describes the dynamic changes in the supply chain of coal enterprises, and describes four different levels of coal mining enterprises, distributors, distributors and customers. Calculate the circulation path between coal enterprises and optimize the model. The simulation results show that the optimization model of green supply chain in coal enterprises can reduce the logistics cost of coal enterprises, optimize the supply relationship between enterprises, and finally improve the speed of product circulation.
