供应链管理对建筑企业价值增值的影响研究

【摘要】:建筑企业供应链管理的理论研究已经很多,供应链管理的思想在建筑业中运用带来的优点开始逐渐显现出来。建筑项目的有效管理可以通过引入供应链管理的思想加以控制。将工程项目的上游、下游活动,及中间的施工过程整合成一条完整的供应链或供应链网络,使其中的各环节企业能够有效地协调运作,在资源节约、环境友好的前提下实现利益相关方的共赢。这就是供应链管理能够带来的极大好处。 本文将供应链理论应用于建筑企业的价值增值研究,主要是针对一个主体——建筑企业,以及两个客体一供应链与企业价值,展开的系统分析。供应链的理念要求企业将发展目标从企业自身扩展到其所在的生存环境,洞悉供应链成员企业之间的相互关系,实施相应的战略使企业获得价值增值。本文研究有两个最主要的目的,一是对供应链管理与建筑企业价值增值的相互关系进行调查分析,此部分将结合相关理论主要以问卷调查的形式设计研究方案;二是根据调查分析的结论建立建筑企业价值增值三级战略驱动模型,指出供应链管理能够对建筑企业价值增值做出怎样的贡献,并对建筑企业价值增值战略管理提出建议。 企业的生存始于顾客,顾客决定了产品,顾客是企业获得价值增值的关键。因此,本文最终量化企业价值增值时将其落脚点放在了顾客价值上。据此,本文采用SPSS数据统计及分析方法,对建筑企业顾客价值、竞争战略及供应链关系进行因子分析、相关分析、回归分析,确定了三者之间的关系,并得出基于供应链的建筑企业价值影响指数体系,求得基于供应链的建筑企业基准价值指数,并通过与基准指数比较,进行建筑企业供应链管理环节优化。 本文在对建筑企业供应链管理研究的方法上“反其道而思之”,从现实及数据出发首先调查汇总建筑企业供应链管理的内容及企业运营和运作绩效,然后对相应内容进行统计分析,最后得出建筑企业供应链管理的优化方案,使得企业提升竞争力以及提升价值变得更有针对性。
[Abstract]:There has been a lot of theoretical research on supply chain management in construction enterprises, and the advantages brought by the application of supply chain management in construction industry begin to appear gradually. The effective management of construction projects can be controlled by introducing the idea of supply chain management. The upstream, downstream activities, and the intermediate construction process of the project are integrated into a complete supply chain or supply chain network, which enables the enterprises to coordinate their operations effectively and save resources. Environmental friendly premise to achieve a win-win situation of stakeholders. This is the great benefit that supply chain management can bring. In this paper, the theory of supply chain is applied to the research of the value increment of construction enterprises, which is mainly aimed at the systematic analysis of one subject-construction enterprise, and two objects-supply chain and enterprise value. The concept of supply chain requires enterprises to expand their development goals from the enterprises themselves to their living environment, to understand the relationship among supply chain members, and to implement the corresponding strategy to increase the value of enterprises. There are two main purposes of this study. One is to investigate and analyze the relationship between supply chain management and value added value of construction enterprises. Secondly, according to the conclusion of investigation and analysis, the three-level strategic driving model of value increment of construction enterprises is established, and the contribution of supply chain management to the value increment of construction enterprises is pointed out, and some suggestions are put forward for the strategic management of value-added value of construction enterprises. The survival of the enterprise begins with the customer, the customer determines the product, the customer is the key of the enterprise to gain the value increment. Therefore, this article finally quantifies the enterprise value increment to put its foothold on the customer value. On the basis of this, this paper uses SPSS data statistics and analysis method to make factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on customer value, competitive strategy and supply chain relationship of construction enterprises, and determines the relationship between them. The value impact index system of construction enterprises based on supply chain is obtained, and the benchmark value index of construction enterprises based on supply chain is obtained, and the supply chain management of construction enterprises is optimized by comparing with the benchmark index. In this paper, on the research method of supply chain management of construction enterprises, "thinking in the opposite direction", starting from the reality and data, the content of supply chain management of construction enterprises and the performance of operation and operation of enterprises are investigated and summarized firstly. Then statistical analysis of the corresponding content, finally get the construction enterprise supply chain management optimization scheme, so that enterprises to enhance competitiveness and enhance value become more targeted.
