面向绿色供应链的供应商模糊选择问题研究

【摘要】:随着近年来科学和技术的快速发展,用户需求变化越来越快,企业为了赢得市场,不得不改进产品质量、缩短交货期、降低成本以提高用户满意度。一些企业为了不断保持竞争优势,开始实施绿色供应链管理,把供应商、生产商、分销商和用户等纳入统一管理之中以实现公司最大利润。供应商作为整个供应链的起始环节,对整个供应链的成败起着关键作用。选择合适的供应商是供应链管理的前提和基础,在传统的供应商选择过程中大部分企业只注重质量、成本等一些传统指标,随着资源的日益枯竭和环境破环越来越严重以及公众对绿色产品的迫切需求,越来越多企业开始关注绿色供应商管理,在选择供应商时更多地考虑了绿色因素和环保因素。合适的绿色供应商选择可以降低成本、减少消耗、改善环境,进而提升企业的市场竞争力。本次研究主要包括三个部分:首先,就绿色供应链、绿色供应链管理、供应商评价与选择方面的相关文献进行了研究,探讨了国内外关于供应商选择指标的相同点和差异性,总结了关于供应商评价的不同模型组合和方法。其次,介绍了国内外学者有关供应商评价与选择的研究现状,在参考大量文献的基础上,从企业社会责任角度出发的同时又结合食品行业的特殊背景,构建了供应商评价指标体系。然后,在总结了大量国内外的模糊评价方法的基础上,分别应用模糊TOPSIS方法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal,简称为TOPSIS)、TISM方法(Total Interpretative Structural Modeling,简称为TISM)和FANP方法(Fuzzy Analytic Network Process,简称为FANP)来进行绿色供应商的模糊选择。最后以Q企业为案例背景,通过算例分析验证了两类研究方法的应用合理性。本次研究的创新点主要体现在以下三个方面:(1)在研究了大量有关绿色供应链理论和供应商管理方面的文献研究基础上,从食品行业和企业社会责任的角度考虑,构建了绿色供应商评价指标体系,主要包括质量、成本、交货期、技术水平、绿色形象和企业信誉。(2)在绿色供应商评价方法的选择上,本次研究首次结合了TISM模型和FANP方法来建立绿色供应商评价模型,具有一定的创新性和新颖性,为企业选择绿色供应商提供了依据和参考。(3)本次研究综合应用了两种评价方法来进行绿色供应商选择,分别是模糊TOPSIS方法以及TISM和FANP方法结合起来建立的绿色供应商选择模型,并对这两种方法得出的结果进行了对比分析,分析了结论差异性存在的原因。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, customer demand changes more and more rapidly. In order to win the market, enterprises have to improve product quality, shorten delivery time, reduce costs to improve customer satisfaction. In order to maintain their competitive advantage, some enterprises begin to implement green supply chain management, bringing suppliers, producers, distributors and users into unified management to realize the maximum profit of the company. As the starting link of the whole supply chain, supplier plays a key role in the success or failure of the whole supply chain. Selection of suitable suppliers is the premise and foundation of supply chain management. In the traditional supplier selection process, most enterprises only pay attention to some traditional indicators such as quality, cost, etc. With the increasing depletion of resources and environmental destruction and the urgent demand of the public for green products, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to green supplier management, and more green factors and environmental protection factors are taken into account in the selection of suppliers. Suitable green supplier selection can reduce cost, reduce consumption, improve the environment, and then enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This research mainly includes three parts: first of all, the paper studies the related literature on green supply chain, green supply chain management, supplier evaluation and selection, and discusses the similarities and differences of supplier selection indicators at home and abroad. The different models and methods of supplier evaluation are summarized. Secondly, it introduces the domestic and foreign scholars' research status of supplier evaluation and selection, based on a large number of references, from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, and at the same time combined with the special background of the food industry. A supplier evaluation index system is constructed. Then, on the basis of summarizing a large number of fuzzy evaluation methods at home and abroad, Fuzzy TOPSIS (TOPSIS) and FANP (TISM) and FANP (Fuzzy Analytic Network Process,) are applied to fuzzy selection of green suppliers respectively. Finally, taking Q enterprise as the case background, the application rationality of two kinds of research methods is verified by the example analysis. The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: (1) on the basis of a large number of studies on the theory of green supply chain and supplier management, from the perspective of food industry and corporate social responsibility, A green supplier evaluation index system is constructed, including quality, cost, delivery time, technical level, green image and enterprise reputation. (2) selection of green supplier evaluation method. For the first time, this study combines TISM model with FANP method to establish green supplier evaluation model, which is innovative and novel. It provides the basis and reference for enterprises to select green suppliers. (3) this study comprehensively applies two evaluation methods to green supplier selection, which is a green supplier selection model established by the combination of fuzzy TOPSIS method and TISM and FANP method, respectively. The results of the two methods are compared and analyzed, and the reasons for the differences are analyzed.
