蔬菜产业的物流优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济生活水平提高,人们的物质需求在逐步提高,蔬菜产业的发展日益开始受到关注和重视。作为人们日常消费很重要的组成部分,蔬菜的安全和品质关系着每一个人,然而农药高残留、有害物质含量超标、食品造假等事件层出不穷,其引发的餐桌危险和食品信任危机,让居民在生活中忧心忡忡,一日三餐这件日常之事亦变成了头痛之事。并且,现有的我国蔬菜产业的流通现状很难确保蔬菜能够快速地从蔬菜生产地到达居民用户,蔬菜的新鲜度等品质因素也在流通过程中逐步流失;同时蔬菜的安全问题基本实现不了全程追溯,这就意味着蔬菜产业难以同其他的一些食品产业一样,实现明确的问责制度,进一步加深了蔬菜产业的混乱。入口之食,不仅仅是满足裹腹之欲的物事,还是人们处理一切事物、发挥行动力的能量出处。因此,研究当前我国蔬菜产业的具体状况和存在的问题,利用现代手段、技术和方法,,特别是从现代物流的方面,来达到蔬菜产业的优化,解决困扰人们的蔬菜安全问题,具有十分现实的意义和广阔的应用前景。 本文针对合肥市蔬菜产业的具体环境,就现今的蔬菜产业的流通现状进行分析;在现代物流的概念、理论基础上,以供应量、运输费用最省为目标建立鲍摩——瓦尔夫的数学模型来进行拟建物流配送中心的选址问题的计算,以此在物流方面对蔬菜产业进行一定的优化。同时,在结合现实经济生活的情况下,运用博弈论的有关手段初步研究了蔬菜流通模式改革的契机和供应链管理环境下蔬菜产业各个流通节点的状态变化。本文在处理原始调查数据时候秉持数据的有效性和实际性,旨在以评价结果对现有蔬菜产业的物流优化提出的对策和建议能够和实际有效地结合,以期望能够帮助现有蔬菜产业的物流优化提供思路和依据。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of our country's economic living standard, people's material demand is increasing step by step, and the development of vegetable industry has been paid more and more attention. As an important part of people's daily consumption, the safety and quality of vegetables are related to everyone. However, high pesticide residues, harmful substances in excess of the standard, food fraud and other incidents have occurred one after another. The dangers of the table and the crisis of food trust make residents worry about their lives, and the daily problem of three meals a day becomes a headache. Moreover, the current situation of vegetable industry circulation in our country is very difficult to ensure that vegetables can reach the residents quickly from the vegetable production area, and the quality factors such as the freshness of vegetables are gradually lost in the circulation process. At the same time, the safety of vegetables can not be traced back to the whole process, which means that vegetable industry is difficult to achieve a clear accountability system like some other food industries, further deepening the chaos of the vegetable industry. The food of entry is not only a matter of satisfying the desire of the belly, but also a source of energy for people to deal with everything and exert their action. Therefore, to study the current situation and existing problems of vegetable industry in China, to use modern means, techniques and methods, especially from the aspect of modern logistics, to achieve the optimization of vegetable industry, and to solve the problem of vegetable safety that puzzles people. It has very practical significance and broad application prospect. According to the specific environment of vegetable industry in Hefei, this paper analyzes the current circulation situation of vegetable industry in Hefei. On the basis of the concept and theory of modern logistics, based on supply, In order to optimize the vegetable industry, the mathematical model of Baumo-Walf is established to calculate the location of the proposed logistics distribution center. At the same time, combining with the real economic life, the paper studies the opportunity of the vegetable circulation mode reform and the state change of the vegetable industry circulation node under the environment of supply chain management by using the relevant means of game theory. Based on the validity and practicality of the original survey data, this paper aims to combine the countermeasures and suggestions on the logistics optimization of the existing vegetable industry with the evaluation results. In order to hope to help the existing vegetable industry logistics optimization to provide ideas and basis.
