突发事件下电子产品闭环供应链的协调策略研究

【摘要】：近些年，频繁发生的各类突发事件造成电子产品供应链系统中多个因素发生扰动，这些因素扰动使得原本处于协调状态的电子产品闭环供应链不再协调，给电子产品闭环供应链系统的正常运行带来了严重影响。基于此，本文以第三方回收的电子产品四级闭环供应链为对象，，对电子产品闭环供应链在突发事件造成生产成本、再制造成本、市场需求、零售价格同时扰动时如何实现协调的问题进行了研究。首先，对供应链协调应对突发事件的国内外研究现状进行了综述，并简要介绍了电子产品闭环供应链协调应对突发事件的相关理论。其次，构建了第三方回收的电子产品四级闭环供应链模型，并通过对集中式决策和分散式决策的对比分析，得出运用契约协调正常环境下电子产品闭环供应链的必要性，在此基础上，分别设计了实现不考虑风险规避的闭环供应链协调的收益共享契约和考虑零售商风险规避的闭环供应链协调的收益共享契约。再次，分别分析了突发事件导致的四个因素（生产成本、再制造成本、市场需求、零售价格）同时扰动对不考虑风险规避的闭环供应链和考虑零售商风险规避的闭环供应链的影响，并针对基准收益共享契约协调作用失效的情况，对基准契约进行改进，提出了抗突发事件的收益共享契约。最后，指出了突发事件环境下电子产品闭环供应链协调策略在实施过程中应当遵循的三大原则和交互式实施框架，提供了保障协调策略实施的十项措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many factors in electronic product supply chain system are disturbed by frequent unexpected events, which make the electronic products closed-loop supply chain in coordination state no longer coordinate. It has brought serious influence to the normal operation of the closed-loop supply chain system of electronic products. Based on this, this paper takes the four-level closed-loop supply chain of electronic products recovered by the third party as the object, and causes the production cost, remanufacturing cost and market demand for the electronic product closed-loop supply chain in the emergency. The problem of how to achieve coordination when the retail price is disturbed at the same time is studied. Firstly, the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain coordinated response to emergencies is summarized, and the theory of electronic products closed-loop supply chain coordinated response to emergencies is briefly introduced. Secondly, the four-level closed-loop supply chain model of electronic products recovered by third party is constructed, and through the comparative analysis of centralized and decentralized decision-making, the necessity of using contract to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain of electronic products under normal environment is obtained. On this basis, the revenue sharing contract of closed-loop supply chain coordination without risk aversion and the profit sharing contract of closed-loop supply chain coordination with retailer risk aversion are designed respectively. Thirdly, four factors (production cost, remanufacturing cost, market demand) caused by unexpected events are analyzed respectively. At the same time, the disturbance influences the closed-loop supply chain without risk aversion and the closed-loop supply chain with retailer risk aversion, and improves the benchmark contract when the coordination effect of the benchmark income sharing contract fails. A revenue sharing contract against emergencies is proposed. Finally, this paper points out three principles and interactive implementation framework for the implementation of electronic product closed-loop supply chain coordination strategy in the emergency environment, and provides ten measures to ensure the implementation of coordination strategy.
