S公司的备件供应链管理研究

【摘要】:在日益激烈的市场竞争中,供应链管理已经成为企业的核心竞争力的重要组成部分。对于备件供应链管理者而言,控制库存同时保证备件及时供应是最大的工作目标,所有的决策与执行都围绕这两点展开。备件供应链管理同其他供应链管理一样,涉及从供应商管理,物流管理,生产运作管理,信息系统和消费者顾客服务系统的大量运作管理,需要各个部门相互配合,才能使整个供应链系统快速科学的运行。 本文以s公司的备件供应链为例,对S公司的备件供应链进行了分析研究,提出现存的问题与改进的方式。与其他物料的供应链相比,备件因为其品种繁多,需求数量不一等因素,其库存管理与采购管理也相对比较复杂。由于备件对于设备生产的重要性以及其采购的特殊性,各个企业的备件供应链管理很容易出现库存过高的问题,S公司就是一个例子。除了库存过高的问题,S公司还存在托管库管理方式滞后,采购备件成本过高以及备件分类管理不完善的问题。本文针对这些问题,深入分析其原因,提出具体的改善方案:优化托管库与备件中心库,降低库存;开发托管库管理软件,提高管理科学性;开展备件国产化进程,降低采购成本;加入备件生命周期与采购供应交期因素,使备件分类更加细化;通过以上改善方案,希望可以增强S企业对备件供应链管理的成本控制,改善服务,增加企业收益。 实施有效的供应链管理,企业可以大大节约时间和财力,更大程度地满足顾客的需要。满足需求和降低成本是供应链最主要的目标,也是备件供应的最主要目标。本文结合这一目标以及相关理论对s公司备件的供应链管理模式进行研究与问题探讨。通过本文研究,也希望对国内相关企业备件的供应链管理提供一种可供借鉴的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly fierce market competition, supply chain management has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the supply chain managers of spare parts, controlling inventory and ensuring the timely supply of spare parts is the biggest work goal, and all decisions and execution are carried out around these two points. Spare parts supply chain management, like other supply chain management, involves a large number of operational management from supplier management, logistics management, production operation management, information system and customer service system. In order to make the whole supply chain system run quickly and scientifically. Taking the spare parts supply chain of S Company as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the spare parts supply chain of S Company, and puts forward the existing problems and improvement methods. Compared with the supply chain of other materials, the inventory management and purchasing management of spare parts are relatively complex because of the variety of spare parts and the different quantity of demand. Because of the importance of spare parts to equipment production and the particularity of purchasing spare parts supply chain management of spare parts in various enterprises is prone to the problem of overstocking. In addition to the problem of excessive inventory, there are still some problems such as the lagging of the management mode of the depository, the high cost of purchasing spare parts and the imperfect management of the classification of spare parts. Aiming at these problems, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward some specific improvement schemes: optimizing the depository and spare parts center library, reducing the inventory, developing the management software of the depository, improving the scientific management, developing the process of localization of spare parts, Reduce the cost of procurement; add spare parts life cycle and supply delivery period factors to make the classification of spare parts more detailed; through the above improvement plan, we hope to enhance the cost control of supply chain management of spare parts, improve the service, Increase the income of enterprises. By implementing effective supply chain management, enterprises can greatly save time and financial resources and meet the needs of customers to a greater extent. Meeting demand and reducing cost are the main objectives of supply chain and spare parts supply. In this paper, the supply chain management model of spare parts in s company is studied and discussed based on this goal and related theories. Through the research of this paper, we also hope to provide a kind of thinking and method for the supply chain management of spare parts in domestic related enterprises.
