HD汽车零部件公司供应链质量管理优化研究

【摘要】:汽车制造是一个复杂的系统工程,任何一个环节的错误都会造成整车的不合格,从而也将影响到供应链的共同利益。确保汽车供应链各个环节都受控,是摆在整车厂家及供应链所有企业经营者和管理层面前的一个重要课题。在整个产业链上,所有成员企业的市场竞争力与发展状况均与其供应链企业所提供的产品质量、成本乃至服务等息息相关。本文简要介绍了以供应链和质量管理相关理论、质量战略以及IATF16949质量管理体系。在理论回顾的基础上,对HD公司的供应链质量管理现状进行分析解剖,确立了基于质量战略的管理对策,包括对供应链的分级与定位、选择与评定流程、考核与索赔、顾客特殊要求管理、质量管理体系要求、安全生产与爬坡计划、变更管理、问题解决与升级流程、帮扶与奖励等各环节存在的不足,提出了相关的优化方案。论文研究的目的在于通过系统的视角,结合IATF16949:2016改版,基于质量战略、供应链管理和IATF16949的“铁三角”模型,探索和提供一种可行的改进方案。进一步提升供应链质量稳健性和敏捷性。同时,也对同类汽车供应链零部件企业的质量改进和实施IATF16949具有一定的经验借鉴和理论参考作用。
[Abstract]:Automobile manufacturing is a complex system engineering, any link of error will cause the whole vehicle unqualified, which will also affect the common interests of the supply chain. It is an important task to ensure that all aspects of the automobile supply chain are controlled in front of the vehicle manufacturers and all the managers and managers of the supply chain. In the whole industrial chain, the market competitiveness and development of all member enterprises are closely related to the product quality, cost and even service provided by their supply chain enterprises. This paper briefly introduces supply chain and quality management theory, quality strategy and IATF16949 quality management system. On the basis of reviewing the theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain quality management in HD Company, and establishes the management countermeasures based on quality strategy, including the classification and positioning of supply chain, the selection and evaluation process, the examination and claim for compensation. The shortcomings of customer special requirement management, quality management system, safety production and climbing plan, change management, problem solving and upgrading process, help and reward are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to explore and provide a feasible improvement scheme based on the quality strategy, supply chain management and IATF16949's "iron triangle" model through the systematic perspective, combining with the revision of IATF16949:2016 and the quality strategy, supply chain management and IATF16949's "Iron Triangle" model. Further improve supply chain quality robustness and agility. At the same time, it also has some experience and theoretical reference to improve the quality and implement IATF16949 of similar automobile supply chain parts enterprises.
