绿色供应链管理的绩效评价体系研究

【摘要】:工业革命在很大程度上提高了生产效率,促进了经济的快速发展,但是在经济迅速发展的同时,也带来了很严重的环境问题。随着各国对环境问题越来越重视,企业与人民的环保意识也越来越强,企业更加注重在生产经营过程中供应链的绿色化,而人们愿意为了购买环保产品而多付出一定的代价。因此,企业进行绿色供应链管理就变得尤为重要,与之对应,绿色供应链绩效评价也是一个非常值得研究的课题。 本文在对绿色供应链的研究背景与研究目的及意义进行综合分析的基础上,对国内外绿色供应链的研究现状进行了综述。分析总结了绩效评价常用的几种方法并对其进行比较,然后提出对绿色供应链进行绩效评价的时候需要满足的几点要求。在进行了这些准备工作之后,结合我国绿色供应链的特点,基于价值水平、内部业务流程、客户服务水平、绿色水平、学习与创新能力这五个方面构建了适应于我国绿色供应链的绩效评价指标体系,并在此基础上将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法进行了结合,提出了层次——模糊综合评价法。 为了实现理论与实践的结合,本文将层次——模糊综合评价法进行了实际的应用,对中国外运物流发展有限公司的绿色供应链进行了绩效评价,得出了各个指标的得分情况,对得分低的指标进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进意见。
[Abstract]:The industrial revolution has greatly improved the production efficiency and promoted the rapid development of economy, but at the same time, it has also brought serious environmental problems. As more and more attention has been paid to environmental problems in various countries, enterprises and people are becoming more and more aware of environmental protection. Enterprises pay more attention to the greening of supply chains in the process of production and operation, and people are willing to pay a certain price for purchasing environmental protection products. Therefore, green supply chain management becomes more and more important, and the performance evaluation of green supply chain is also a topic worth studying. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research background, purpose and significance of green supply chain, this paper summarizes the current research situation of green supply chain at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and summarizes several common methods of performance evaluation and compares them, and then puts forward some requirements that should be met when evaluating the performance of green supply chain. After these preparations, combining the characteristics of China's green supply chain, based on the value level, internal business process, customer service level, green level, The performance evaluation index system suitable for green supply chain in our country is constructed in the five aspects of learning and innovation ability. On the basis of this the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined and the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. In order to realize the combination of theory and practice, the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the performance evaluation of the green supply chain of China Outsourcing Logistics Development Co., Ltd., and the score of each index is obtained. The index of low score is analyzed, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
