钨产业绿色供应链构建与实施策略研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,资源问题和环境问题逐渐成为社会发展不可回避的巨大挑战。当前,一场以保护生态和高效利用资源为核心思想的绿色革命正在全世界范围内日益兴起。随着生态的恶化和全球环保行动的开展,有色金属产业亟需转变发展思路,抛弃传统的生产经营模式,不仅要提升自身的绿色竞争力,还应加强与供应链上其它行为主体的合作,共同构建资源节约型和环境友好型的绿色发展模式,不断减少生态污染与破坏,提高企业经济活动的绿色度。钨是未来全球竞争的战略性资源,正广泛用于经济和国防领域,是各国争相关注的焦点。当前,我国在钨资源储量、产量、进出口量和消费量等方面仍居全球第一位,实施绿色战略有利于解决产业发展过程中的资源和生态问题。因此,本文基于可持续发展的基本思想,选择钨产业为研究对象,旨在以产业内相关利益者行为为研究视角,通过运用文献研究、系统分析和案例分析等方法,力图探索出一种“资源——产品——废弃物——再生资源”的物质反复循环流动的绿色发展模式,从而为钨产业的长远发展找到一条新途径。通过全面分析与深入研究,本文认为,钨产业绿色供应链的基本结构应包含了绿色生产系统、绿色消费系统、社会系统以及环境系统等四大模块,且必须依赖技术、人才等各种社会基础元素的有力支撑;钨产业绿色供应链管理实施既要关注源头,也要重视绿色回收商的价值;钨产业构建与实施绿色供应链有利于相关企业实现经济、社会与环境利益的高度统一,促使其走上可持续发展的道路。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the problems of resources and environment have gradually become a great challenge to social development. At present, a green revolution with the core of protecting ecology and utilizing resources efficiently is rising day by day all over the world. With the deterioration of ecology and the development of global environmental protection action, the nonferrous metal industry urgently needs to change its development thinking, abandon the traditional production and management mode, and not only enhance its own green competitiveness, In addition, we should strengthen the cooperation with other actors in the supply chain, build a green development model of resource conservation and environmental friendliness, reduce the ecological pollution and destruction, and improve the green degree of enterprises' economic activities. Tungsten is a strategic resource for global competition in the future. It is widely used in the fields of economy and national defense. At present, China still ranks first in tungsten reserves, production, import and export volume and consumption. The implementation of green strategy is beneficial to solve the problems of resources and ecology in the process of industrial development. Therefore, based on the basic idea of sustainable development, this paper chooses tungsten industry as the research object, aiming at taking the behavior of relevant stakeholders in the industry as the research angle, using the methods of literature research, systematic analysis and case analysis, etc. This paper tries to explore a green development mode of "resource-product-waste-regenerative resource", in order to find a new way for the long term development of tungsten industry. Through comprehensive analysis and in-depth research, this paper holds that the basic structure of the green supply chain of tungsten industry should include four modules: green production system, green consumption system, social system and environmental system, and must rely on technology. It is necessary to pay attention to the source of the green supply chain management of tungsten industry as well as the value of the green recycler. The construction and implementation of green supply chain in tungsten industry is conducive to the realization of the economy of related enterprises. The high unity of social and environmental benefits urges them to embark on the road of sustainable development.
