H公司供应商绩效管理的本土化研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的发展,大批外资公司纷纷进入中国,尤其是跨国公司将其生产制造中心大举向中国转移,跨国公司在中国的懫购活动正在向更加科学化和本土化的目标发展。本地的供应商无论在管理水准和产品质量等方面都有显著的提高。但是本土企业由于自身管理水平,社会环境等因素,在与跨国公司供应链的融合中还依然保留有自身的特点。因此,本文对跨国公司本地供应商选择与评价的研究重点聚焦于如何使得绩效评估过程在理解本土特殊环境的基础上更加准确的反应出本土供应商的实际水平。本文首先对供应商选择与评价相关领域的研究现状和基本概念作了简要总结和介绍,并深入研究了跨国公司的本地供应商关系管理,同时对本地化供应商选择与评价的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,讨论了H公司本土供应商绩效评估的范围局限,时间局限,环境局限,以及本土供应商的自然环境和社会环境特点,并提出相应的对策和建议。本文期望通过对跨国公司本地供应商选择与评价的研究分析,对跨国公司本地化供应商绩效考核的实施提供一定的理论和现实依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, a large number of foreign companies have entered China, especially the multinational companies have transferred their production and manufacturing centers to China on a large scale. Multinational corporations' buying activities in China are developing towards the goal of more scientific and local. Local suppliers have improved significantly both in terms of management standards and product quality. However, due to their own management level, social environment and other factors, local enterprises still retain their own characteristics in the integration with multinational supply chain. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to make the performance evaluation process reflect the actual level of local suppliers more accurately on the basis of understanding the local special environment. In this paper, the current situation and basic concepts of supplier selection and evaluation are briefly summarized, and the local supplier relationship management of MNCs is deeply studied. At the same time, the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of local supplier selection and evaluation, and discusses the scope limitation, time limitation, environment limitation of local supplier performance evaluation in H Company. And local supplier's natural environment and social environment characteristic, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. This paper hopes to provide some theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of local supplier performance evaluation of multinational corporations through the research and analysis of the selection and evaluation of local suppliers of MNCs.
