基于敏捷制造模式的D公司质量管理研究

【摘要】:D公司成立20多年来,得益于母公司的技术优势以及中国经济建设的迅猛发展,始终保持高速成长,然而近几年来市场需求逐步萎缩,并呈现多样化,个性化,行业化特征,原先大规模生产的成本和质量优势逐渐丧失,因应市场需求以及公司策略发展的需要,生产方式逐渐向敏捷制造模式转变,产品质量问题越来越凸显,并成为制约市场开拓的主要障碍,如何适应公司转形的需要,探索新模式下质量管理的有效方法和途径,成为迫切需要解决的重要问题 本文根据国内外敏捷制造理论、质量管理理论以及业务流程重组等理论,对D公司敏捷制造模式下如何寻求有效的质量管理改善进行了较详细的研究分析,论文首先介绍了D公司的行业背景以及现有的敏捷制造模式特点,分析了D公司目前质量管理存在的问题,采用理论研究和实际调研相结合的方法,紧密结合D公司的实际情况,就如何改进质量管理,分别从业务流程再造,新产品开发,供应链管理以及质量信息系统整合等主要方面提出了切实可行的改善策略,并制定了较详细的实施方案。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment more than 20 years ago, thanks to the technical advantages of the parent company and the rapid development of China's economic construction, D Company has always maintained a rapid growth. However, in recent years, the market demand has gradually shrunk, showing diversified, personalized and industry-specific characteristics. The cost and quality advantages of mass production are gradually losing. According to the needs of market demand and the development of company strategy, the mode of production is gradually changing to agile manufacturing mode, and the problem of product quality becomes more and more prominent. It has become the main obstacle that restricts the development of the market, how to adapt to the needs of the transformation of the company, and how to explore the effective ways and means of quality management under the new mode, It has become an urgent problem to be solved in this paper according to domestic and foreign agile manufacturing theory, quality management theory and business process reengineering theory, etc. This paper makes a detailed research and analysis on how to seek effective quality management improvement in the agile manufacturing mode of D Company. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of D Company and the characteristics of the existing agile manufacturing mode. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of company D at present, adopts the method of combining theoretical research with practical investigation, and closely combines the actual situation of company D, and discusses how to improve the quality management, respectively from the aspects of business process reengineering and new product development. Supply chain management, quality information system integration and other aspects of the main aspects of practical improvement strategies, and formulated a more detailed implementation plan.
