中小企业办公自动化系统设计与实现

【摘要】:为解决小企业随时性的业务问题以及优化管理业务流程,包括简单的办公自动化程序与复杂的供应链规划管理,本文提出了基于B/S的办公自动化系统开发的方法。网络化办公已成为现代办公的主要趋势,本文将办公自动化与网络结合起来,正好迎合了这一趋势,能有效推进网络化办公的发展。本次设计的自动化系统分布于可互操作的、跨平台的、可以高度可以插入的B/S服务的组件,在办公自动化方面显示出较为显著的优势。本系统是由一个功能强大的工作流程引擎来管理整个过程的事件流,同时还可以兼顾小企业日益提高的效率以及同步控制的要求。本文首先简单介绍了系统开发的研究背景与意义,其次对本开发系统平台的优点与主要功能进行了介绍,在对于企业办公自动化需求进行必要分析的基础上,对于本次系统设计的数据库设计、数据流图以及系统实现的功能模块进行详细的解读,最终实现了满足一个中小企业办公自动化管理的系统,各个模块设计良好,该系统可以帮助企业实现集中管理、提高办公效率、节约办公费用、完善办公模式,从而提高企业的市场竞争力。本次研究的目的是为中小企业设计出一套适合自己的自动化办公系统,在这样的理念指导下,本文采用案例分析法、文献法以及亲自设计测试法,设计出一套适合中小企业自动化办公的系统。本课题基于J2EE框架设计和实现了一套实用的标准企业办公自动化系统,解决了中小企业“无纸化”办公的需求,可大大提高办公效率,同时可扩展订制满足特定企业业务的需求。本文主要完成以下工作:首先对办公自动化的特点和发展现状进行了广泛的调研分析,得到办公自动化系统的共性需求,总结出标准办公自动系统的架构,并做出详细的需求分析和系统设计;其次根据功能模块划分,结合SSH框架的整合,完成了办公自动化系统的体系结构设计和数据库设计;最后基于SSH框架进行二次封装,设计出更易于本系统开发的框架,并完成了对系统各个模块的实现,同时研究了Web系统的自动化测试方法,并对本系统进行了测试,经测试,各项功能均正常运行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the business problems of small enterprises and to optimize the management of business processes, including simple office automation procedures and complex supply chain planning and management, this paper proposes a method of developing office automation system based on B / S. Network office has become the main trend of modern office. This paper combines office automation with network, which caters to this trend and can effectively promote the development of networked office. The designed automation system is distributed in interoperable, cross-platform, and can be highly pluggable components of the B / S service, showing a more significant advantage in office automation. This system is a powerful workflow engine to manage the whole process of the event flow, but also can take into account the increasing efficiency of small enterprises and the requirements of synchronous control. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the system development, then introduces the advantages and main functions of the development system platform, on the basis of the necessary analysis of the requirements of the enterprise office automation. The database design, data flow diagram and the function module of the system are explained in detail. Finally, a system to satisfy the office automation management of small and medium-sized enterprises is realized, and each module is well designed. The system can help enterprises to achieve centralized management, improve office efficiency, save office expenses, improve office mode, and thus improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to design a suit of automation office system for small and medium-sized enterprises. Under the guidance of this idea, this paper adopts case analysis method, literature method and personal design test method. To design a set of automatic office system suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper designs and implements a set of standard office automation system based on J2EE framework, which solves the need of "paperless" office for small and medium-sized enterprises, and can greatly improve the efficiency of office. At the same time, it can be extended to meet the needs of specific enterprise business. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the characteristics and development status of office automation are investigated and analyzed extensively, the common requirements of office automation system are obtained, and the architecture of standard office automation system is summarized. And make detailed requirements analysis and system design; secondly, according to the functional module division, combined with the integration of the SSH framework, completed the office automation system architecture design and database design; finally based on the SSH framework for secondary packaging, The framework of this system is designed, and the realization of each module of the system is completed. At the same time, the automatic test method of Web system is studied, and the system is tested. After testing, all functions run normally.
