基于可控提前期的脉冲供应链库存仿真研究

【摘要】:在电子商务时代,,很多企业的需求具有脉冲的特点:每当进行打折、团购等促销活动或者某些节日时,市场需求在短时间内激增,使得订单量出现较大的波动,本文将这种短时间内需求激增的现象称为脉冲效应,与此对应的供应链体系称为脉冲供应链。目前,电商环境下的供应链企业在满足脉冲需求方面能力不足,引发了一系列问题,其库存策略亟待深入研究。 本文在前人对供应链库存控制以及库存系统仿真等内容的研究基础上,从供应链系统的整体利益出发,以供应链利润最大化为目标,结合系统动力学理论对单一制造商、单一零售商构成的两级供应链进行了深入分析,并以Vensim仿真软件为建模平台构建了系统动力学模型。在模型中,本文将终端市场需求分别设定为单次脉冲和多次脉冲,主要以制造商和零售商的提前期为控制变量进行了模型仿真,对比分析了不同提前期策略下脉冲供应链利润、库存等因素的变化情况,得出的主要结论如下:在单次脉冲和多次脉冲供应链中,实施可控零售商提前期策略时的利润高于正常提前期和随机提前期,且随着提前期的压缩,利润呈现先增后减的变化趋势;当制造商和零售商提前期均可控时,整条供应链的利润高于正常提前期和随机提前期时的利润;在供应链中,制造商的利润空间会影响整条供应链的收益。
[Abstract]:In the era of electronic commerce, the demand of many enterprises has the characteristics of pulse: whenever the sale, group purchase and other promotional activities or certain festivals, market demand surge in a short period of time, making the volume of orders fluctuate greatly. In this paper, the phenomenon of demand surge in a short period of time is called pulse effect, and the corresponding supply chain system is called pulse supply chain. At present, supply chain enterprises in e-commerce environment have insufficient ability to meet impulse demand, which leads to a series of problems, and its inventory strategy needs to be studied in depth. On the basis of previous researches on inventory control and inventory system simulation of supply chain, this paper aims at maximizing the profit of supply chain and combines the theory of system dynamics to single manufacturer, starting from the overall benefit of supply chain system. The two-level supply chain composed of a single retailer is deeply analyzed, and the system dynamics model is constructed on the platform of Vensim simulation software. In the model, the terminal market demand is set as single pulse and multiple pulse respectively. The model simulation is mainly based on the lead time of manufacturer and retailer, and the profit of pulse supply chain under different lead-time strategy is compared and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: in the single-pulse and multi-pulse supply chain, the profit of the controllable retailer's lead-time strategy is higher than that of the normal and random lead-time, and with the compression of the lead-time, the profit of the controlled retailer is higher than that of the normal and random lead-time. When the manufacturer and retailer can control the lead time, the profit of the whole supply chain is higher than that of the normal lead time and random lead time; in the supply chain, The profit margin of the manufacturer will affect the profit of the whole supply chain.
