中断风险下新产品供应链的配置

【摘要】:单一产品的大批量重复生产已经不能适应日趋激烈的商业竞争环境.如何合理有效地利用自己的优势资源和其它企业的相关资源使得本公司获得最大利润,是现代企业的追求目标.只有把各个企业的核心价值有机的结合、优势互补、信息资源共享,形成一个低成本、高技术的供应链,才能有效的降低成本,增强企业的竞争力.过去对供应链管理的研究大都集中在确定环境下.例如,确定环境下供应商选择与协调机制、外包和采购策略、配送网络设计、库存管理、运输路线设计、生产网络设计、供应合同设计等问题的研究.而现在这些方法已经难以适应逐渐复杂的企业经营环境.因此越来越多的研究者开始关注不确定环境下的供应链管理,并取得令人惊喜的成果.本文在已有的成果基础上,研究中断风险下新产品供应链的配置问题.本文在新产品供应链配置模型基础上,结合概率统计知识对具有中断风险的供应商选择问题进行研究.针对中断风险下新产品供应链中供应商的选择建立数学模型.既能为企业提供与供应链配置相关的决策支持,又能有效地缓解风险,降低供应链中断所带来的巨大损失.最后,使用风险价值VaR和条件风险价值CVaR两个风险度量来控制供应中断风险.利用计算机优化软件对模型进行计算分析,得到相应的结果.
[Abstract]:Single product mass repeat production can not adapt to the increasingly fierce business competition environment. It is the goal of modern enterprises how to make use of their own advantage resources and other related resources to make the company obtain the maximum profit. Only by organically combining the core values of each enterprise, complementing each other, sharing information resources, forming a low-cost, high-tech supply chain, can we effectively reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In the past, most of the research on supply chain management focused on the determined environment. For example, research on supplier selection and coordination mechanism, outsourcing and procurement strategy, distribution network design, inventory management, transportation route design, production network design, supply contract design, etc. Now these methods have been difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex business environment. Therefore, more and more researchers begin to pay attention to supply chain management in uncertain environment, and achieve surprising results. Based on the existing results, this paper studies the configuration of new product supply chain under interruption risk. In this paper, based on the new product supply chain configuration model, the problem of supplier selection with interruption risk is studied with the knowledge of probability and statistics. A mathematical model is established for the selection of suppliers in the supply chain of new products under interruption risk. It can not only provide decision support related to supply chain configuration, but also effectively mitigate risks and reduce the huge losses caused by supply chain interruption. Finally, two risk measures, risk value VaR and conditional risk value CVaR, are used to control the supply interruption risk. The computer optimization software is used to calculate and analyze the model, and the corresponding results are obtained.
