PaaS模式的云服务供应链研究

【摘要】：随着云计算技术的不断完善,云服务市场不断扩大,尤其是PaaS模式的云服务对传统的软件行业造成了巨大的冲击。作为一种全新的IT服务交付模式,PaaS模式的云服务供应链中一些新的市场主体和价值创造者的加入使得其呈现出与传统的供应链不同的特点,本文试图通过对具有代表性的PaaS平台的供应链模式进行分析,进而提炼出一个具有参考意义的PaaS模式的云服务供应链动态演化模型,以弥补这一领域的研究空白。此外,本文从收益分享契约的角度对PaaS模式的云服务供应链中收益的优化问题进行研究,结合PaaS模式的云服务供应链在不同时期的特点,应用博弈论的基本原理,分别建立了ISV与平台在信息对称的情况下的收益分享和成本分摊策略,与平台发展后期的基于平台运营商的努力的收益分享策略,最后利用数值分析的方法对所得的结果进行验证和分析。本论文主要做了以下两个方面的工作：对云计算、供应链、服务供应链和供应链契约管理、供应链收益分享契约等学术领域已经形成的权威理论和文献资料进行回顾。通过回顾发现供应链模式的演变和供应链的利润分配问题是PaaS模式的云服务供应链的核心问题之一。通过对当前主流的,具有代表性的PaaS云服务平台进行模式进行分析,进而提炼出一个具有参考意义的PaaS模式的云服务供应链动态演化模型。在借鉴传统供应链理论中供应链上下游在完全信息下基于努力的的供应链收益分享理论和成本分摊理论的基础上,构建了符合实际情况的PaaS模式的云服务供应链业务收益分享契约模型,最后通过对契约模型的函数计算的结果加以分析,从而为PaaS模式的云服务供应链的优化提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of cloud computing technology, the cloud service market is expanding, especially the cloud service based on PaaS model has a huge impact on the traditional software industry. As a new IT service delivery model, cloud service supply chain (cloud service supply chain) is different from traditional supply chain because of the addition of some new market agents and value creators. This paper attempts to extract a dynamic evolution model of cloud service supply chain based on PaaS model by analyzing the supply chain model of representative PaaS platform, so as to make up for the research blank in this field. In addition, from the point of view of revenue-sharing contract, this paper studies the problem of revenue optimization in cloud service supply chain based on PaaS mode. Considering the characteristics of cloud service supply chain based on PaaS mode in different periods, the basic principle of game theory is applied. In this paper, the revenue sharing and cost sharing strategies between ISV and platform in the case of information symmetry are established, and the revenue-sharing strategies based on the efforts of platform operators in the later stage of the development of the platform are established. Finally, the results are verified and analyzed by numerical analysis. This paper mainly does the following two aspects: review the authoritative theory and literature of cloud computing, supply chain, service supply chain and supply chain contract management, supply chain revenue sharing contract and so on. It is found that the evolution of supply chain mode and the profit distribution of supply chain are one of the core problems of cloud service supply chain based on PaaS model. Based on the analysis of the current mainstream and representative PaaS cloud service platform, a dynamic evolution model of cloud service supply chain based on the reference PaaS model is extracted. On the basis of the traditional supply chain theory of supply chain upstream and downstream under the complete information based on the supply chain profit sharing theory and cost sharing theory. This paper constructs a PaaS model of cloud service supply chain business revenue sharing contract model, and finally analyzes the results of the function calculation of the contract model, thus providing a reference for the optimization of cloud service supply chain based on PaaS model.
