A医院供应链集成化管理优化研究

【摘要】:随着科技与信息技术的飞速发展以及医疗改革的不断深化,供应链与物流管理受到越来越多的医疗机构的高度重视,集成化的供应链可以提升医院上下游环节以及医院内部流程的工作效率,降低运营成本,对提升医院竞争力具有深远的意义。 本文采用理论分析与实践分析相结合的方法,对国内外医院供应链管理的理论和实践现状进行了研究,指出我国医院在供应链管理方面的薄弱环节。其次,采用案例分析法,对A医院供应链进行深入剖析,针对A医院供应链环节的现状,基于JIT准时制的思想以及业务流程重组的管理理念,从医院整体运营的角度出发,设计出一套适合医院发展的供应链整合策略:一是供应链“上游环节”——引入第三方物流集中配送方式对医院供应商进行集成;二是供应链“下游环节”——提高患者的满意度和忠诚度;三是通过将新的管理理念与运作模式融入信息系统中,对医院内部物流流程进行优化再造。 本文通过对A医院供应链进行集成化管理,有效地解决了医院供应链环节复杂、流程运行不畅、节点间衔接不足的问题。集成化管理模式突破了传统供应链管理模式,提高了医院管理水平,提升了患者满意度,为构建医院核心竞争力提供了新的活力。希望本文提出的研究方法对医疗卫生领域以及其他行业在供应链集成化管理方面有所帮助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and information technology and the deepening of medical reform, more and more medical institutions attach importance to supply chain and logistics management. The integrated supply chain can improve the efficiency of the upstream and downstream links and the internal process of the hospital, reduce the operating cost, and has far-reaching significance to enhance the competitiveness of the hospital. In this paper, the theory and practice of hospital supply chain management at home and abroad are studied by combining theoretical analysis with practical analysis, and the weak links of supply chain management in Chinese hospitals are pointed out. Secondly, this paper analyzes the supply chain of A hospital by case analysis. According to the current situation of the supply chain in A hospital, based on the idea of JIT punctual system and the management idea of business process reengineering, it starts from the point of view of the whole operation of the hospital. Design a set of supply chain integration strategy suitable for hospital development: first, supply chain "upstream link"-the introduction of third-party logistics centralized distribution mode to integrate hospital suppliers; The second is the "downstream link" of the supply chain-to improve patients' satisfaction and loyalty, and the third is to optimize and reengineer the internal logistics process of the hospital by integrating the new management concept and operation mode into the information system. Through the integrated management of A hospital supply chain, this paper effectively solves the problems of complex links in hospital supply chain, poor operation of process and insufficient connection between nodes. The integrated management mode breaks through the traditional supply chain management mode, improves the hospital management level, enhances the patient satisfaction, and provides new vitality for the construction of the hospital core competitiveness. It is hoped that the research method proposed in this paper will be helpful to the integrated supply chain management in the field of health care and other industries.
