随机需求下单渠道和双渠道供应链协调研究

【摘要】：随着供应链模式下的企业运营管理越来越普遍,近年来关于供应链契约协调理论的研究已经引起了学术界和企业界的广泛关注.设计新的供应链契约形式,并研究其对不同供应链系统的协调已成为这一领域中的主流研究课题. 本文在回顾国内外关于供应链契约协调相关研究进展的基础上,运用概率论、供应链管理、运筹学、博弈论、经济学等相关理论和方法,分别建立批发价契约和回购契约对随机需求和供应中断环境下单渠道供应链的协调模型,论证各成员企业的最大利润和系统的最优订货批量的存在性.研究结果表明:回购契约能够有效地协调单渠道供应链系统.其次,分别建立以下四种供应链契约(即批发价契约、回购契约、收益共享契约和APDC契约)对随机需求环境下基于销售服务的双渠道供应链系统的协调模型,并得到每一种契约下零售商的最优订购决策.通过比较集中式决策下与四种契约下的结果,证实APDC契约在实现各成员企业风险共当的同时,还能够使双渠道系统的绩效达到最优.
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of enterprise operation and management in supply chain mode, the research on supply chain contract coordination theory has attracted extensive attention of academia and business circles in recent years. Designing a new supply chain contract form and studying its coordination of different supply chain systems has become a mainstream research topic in this field. On the basis of reviewing the research progress of supply chain contract coordination at home and abroad, this paper applies relevant theories and methods, such as probability theory, supply chain management, operational research, game theory, economics and so on. The supply chain coordination models of wholesale price contract and repurchase contract for stochastic demand and supply interruption environment are established respectively to prove the existence of the maximum profit of each member enterprise and the optimal order batch of the system. The results show that the repurchase contract can effectively coordinate the single channel supply chain system. Secondly, the following four supply chain contracts (wholesale price contract, repurchase contract, revenue-sharing contract and APDC contract) are established to coordinate the two-channel supply chain system based on sales service under stochastic demand environment. The optimal ordering decision of the retailer under each contract is obtained. By comparing the results under centralized decision and four kinds of contracts, it is proved that the APDC contract can achieve the optimal performance of the dual channel system while realizing the risk co-existence of each member enterprise.
