水泥装备企业多时段多供应商订单分配研究与应用

【摘要】:经济的现代化伴随着经济竞争愈加激烈,企业之间的竞争也是整条供应链的竞争。随着当前企业供应链管理发展,现代企业将合作的供应商作为其部分有效资源,根据企业的生产实际特点,在长期的合作中确定其有效的合作机制,对企业进行具体的采购策略制定和采购决策有着重要的意义。对于大型客户生产订单,尤其是水泥装备制造企业,产品结构和技术不仅复杂,而且建设周期长,水泥装备企业为了保证在合同期内保质保量的完成项目,通常先保证原材料的供应,单一的供应商很难满足企业的要求,因此企业通常选择多个供应商同时采购,在长期的项目建设中,长期合作。供需关系是联结供应商与企业的最紧密的关系。为了进一步完善企业与供应商合作机制,企业与供应商在合作上达成一定的协议和契约,保证双方的利益。 本文主要在水泥装备制造企业背景下,对多源采购订单分配问题进行研究。通过订单分配模型构建和求解,以及信息系统设计应用来验证其可行性。论文主要研究内容如下: (1)论文介绍了当前水泥装备企业的发展情况,分析了国内外单源和多源采购订单问题研究现状,介绍本文的课题来源及研究目的和意义,最后阐述了全文的组织结构。 (2)描述了水泥装备企业的生产模式,分析了水泥装备企业采购管理的特点,,以及企业采购的管理目标,结合水泥装备企业对其采购流程进行分析及指出其采购管理上存在问题。通过对基于合作的供应商选择研究,以及水泥装备制造企业订单分配模式分析,进一步了解其订单分配的特点。 (3)针对水泥装备企业的生产特点,以企业采购成本最小为目标,建立了在一定约束条件下的多时段多供应商采购订单分配模型,通过对该模型的研究分析及求解,研究了企业最佳采购策略;通过算例分析和验证,证明了该模型的正确性并分析求解结果。 (4)在多时段多供应商订单分配模型的基础上,通过对水泥装备制造企业的需求分析,进行订单分配管理系统的开发和应用。针对企业采购订单分配,通过VS2008开发平台和SQL2005数据库,进行系统功能和数据库开发设计,将模型和算法应用到系统中,提高水泥装备制造企业采购订单管理效率和降低其采购成本。
[Abstract]:With the economic modernization, the competition between enterprises is also the competition of the whole supply chain. With the development of supply chain management, modern enterprises regard cooperative suppliers as part of their effective resources, and determine their effective cooperation mechanism in long-term cooperation according to the actual production characteristics of enterprises. It is of great significance for enterprises to make specific purchasing strategies and purchase decisions. For large customer production orders, especially for cement equipment manufacturing enterprises, the product structure and technology are not only complex, but also the construction period is long. In order to ensure the completion of projects of quality and quantity during the contract period, Usually, the supply of raw materials is guaranteed first, so it is difficult for a single supplier to meet the requirements of the enterprise, so the enterprise usually chooses multiple suppliers to purchase at the same time, in the long-term project construction, long-term cooperation. The relation between supply and demand is the closest relation between supplier and enterprise. In order to further improve the cooperation mechanism between enterprises and suppliers, enterprises and suppliers in cooperation reached a certain agreement and contract to ensure the interests of both sides. In this paper, the multi-source purchase order allocation problem is studied under the background of cement equipment manufacturing enterprise. The order allocation model is constructed and solved, and the information system design should be used to verify its feasibility. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the paper introduces the development of cement equipment enterprises, analyzes the research status of single-source and multi-source purchase orders at home and abroad, and introduces the source, purpose and significance of this paper. Finally, the organizational structure of the paper is expounded. (2) the production mode of cement equipment enterprise is described, and the characteristics of procurement management of cement equipment enterprise are analyzed, as well as the management objectives of enterprise procurement. This paper analyzes the purchasing process of cement equipment enterprises and points out the problems in purchasing management. Through the research of supplier selection based on cooperation and the analysis of order distribution mode of cement equipment manufacturing enterprises, the characteristics of order distribution are further understood. (3) aiming at the production characteristics of cement equipment enterprises, Aiming at the minimum purchasing cost, a multi-time multi-supplier purchase order allocation model with certain constraints is established. Through the research, analysis and solution of the model, the optimal purchasing strategy of the enterprise is studied. The correctness of the model is proved by example analysis and verification. (4) on the basis of multi-time and multi-supplier order allocation model, the requirement analysis of cement equipment manufacturing enterprise is carried out. Develop and apply order distribution management system. The system function and database are designed through VS2008 development platform and SQL2005 database, and the model and algorithm are applied to the system. Improve the efficiency of purchasing order management and reduce the purchasing cost of cement equipment manufacturing enterprises.
