基于成本模型的蔬菜供应链管理研究
[Abstract]:Vegetables are an important part of agricultural products and provide essential nutrients for the survival of human society. According to the research, the circulation process of fresh vegetables in our country, such as picking, transportation, storage, distribution and other links, the loss rate of 25-30, which caused economic losses of nearly 100 billion. In the developed countries, such as the United States, cold chain management is adopted, and the loss rate of distribution process is only 1-2. Compared with foreign countries, there is room for further improvement and optimization of the efficiency of Chinese vegetable supply chain. This paper constructs a vegetable supply chain system composed of vegetable producers, distribution centers, terminal sales centers, consumers and recycling centers. The cost involved in supply chain is modeled and analyzed by explicit and implicit cost. For the explicit cost, it includes the circulation cost in the forward supply chain system and the environmental cost in the reverse supply chain recovery system. However, the individuals behind the vegetable supply chain are inseparable from the game, so this paper mainly studies the relationship cost behind the vegetable supply chain in the aspect of recessive cost. The theoretical optimal solution of the cost model can be obtained by solving the model. Finally, an example is constructed to compare the total cost of the vegetable supply chain before and after integration by assigning the correlation coefficients that affect the main body of the vegetable supply chain. It is concluded that the cost of the supply chain will be lower than that of the unintegrated supply chain as long as the two players can distribute the benefits through cooperation according to the optimal income distribution coefficient. Therefore, the cost of the supply chain can be optimized by determining the optimal distribution coefficient of the vegetable supply chain.
