亨内基公司长交货期物料的采购决策研究

【摘要】:亨内基公司是一家以项目型业务为主导,生产聚氨酯反应发泡设备的德国公司。面对竞争不断加剧的市场环境,亨内基为了降低库存成本,提高公司的竞争能力,采用了基于JIT的生产方式。但由于其中一部分物料是长交货期的物料,从欧洲进口,交货周期长达3个月左右且不稳定。这经常打乱生产计划,造成装配暂停等料,工人待工,严重时会直接造成交货拖延,除了要承受高额的延迟交货罚金,并且影响到亨内基公司的声誉和竞争能力。 本文通过对亨内基公司长交期物料的采购决策进行研究,分析了导致延期交货和订单流程不畅的主要因素,总结了亨内基公司供应链管理中存在的缺陷。然后,提出采用EOQ控制模型来采购长交货期物料,并分析了在不同服务水平下的长交货期物料采购策略。最后考虑不同服务水平以及影响采购成本变化的因素,分析比较了基于EOQ和JIT采购策略的成本,并提出了在不同条件下的决策方案。该问题的研究对于改善亨内基公司采购物料的交货周期以及解决订单流程不畅具有非常重要的意义,同时对于其他相关企业的采购策略管理也具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Hennessy is a project-based business leading the production of polyurethane reactive foaming equipment in Germany. In order to reduce the inventory cost and improve the competitive ability of the company, Hennessy adopts the production mode based on JIT in order to reduce the inventory cost and improve the competitive ability of the company in the increasingly competitive market environment. But because some of the materials are long-time materials, imported from Europe, the delivery period is about 3 months and unstable. This often disrupts production plans, causing assembly suspensions and other materials, and workers waiting for work can lead directly to delays in delivery, in addition to incurring high penalties for late delivery, and affecting Hennessy's reputation and competitiveness. This paper analyzes the main factors that lead to late delivery and unsmooth order flow through the research on the purchasing decision of Hennessy's long-time materials, and summarizes the defects in Henneki's supply chain management. Then, the EOQ control model is proposed to purchase long-delivery materials, and the procurement strategy of long-time materials under different service levels is analyzed. Finally, considering the different service level and the factors that affect the purchase cost, the cost of purchasing strategy based on EOQ and JIT is analyzed and compared, and the decision scheme under different conditions is put forward. The study of this problem is of great significance to improve the delivery cycle of materials purchased by Hennessy Company and to solve the unobstructed order process, and also has certain reference significance to the procurement strategy management of other related enterprises.
