精益供应背景下供应商的评价与选择

【摘要】:随着制造、信息技术的飞速发展,生产制造业面临的市场竞争日趋激烈。为在竞争中立于不败之地,企业更加重视与供应链上下游之间的良好关系,以不断提高供应链的整体绩效。同时,随着生产模式的转型,精益生产方式在制造业中日益成熟,现有的供需关系已不能满足精益生产的要求。在此背景下,供应商与制造商之间的关系模式开始向精益供应转变。因此,对于制造业而言,如何科学地评价与选择合作伙伴,建立精益供应关系,从而获得竞争优势,,成为重中之重。 本文的研究是基于精益供应思想进行的,文中详细地阐述了精益供应的相关理论,并对此关系中需要重视的影响因素进行了细致的分析,找出其超越以往关系的特点,在此基础上展开对供应商评价体系的建立。本文通过对以往供应商评价选择的研究,提出适合现有生产模式的精益供应理论,探讨在此背景下如何全面地评价供应商,为企业选择供应商提供依据。文中首先阐述了供应商关系理论,并着重介绍了精益供应关系,在此基础上,结合前人的研究成果,通过与传统供应的对比,得出现有供应模式的不足,并提出改进方案。其次,详细地分析了精益供应模式下,评价供应商的主要影响因素,结合选择供应商的目标,设置精益供应背景下供应商评价选择指标。最后,选用模糊层次分析法建立评价模型,并用于典型精益生产企业,进一步验证指标体系的实用性和有效性。 本文通过对精益供应的研究,对供应商的评价准则进行了新的划分,并改进了部分指标,以突出精益供应关系的着重点。文中的评价准则层划分为合作能力、产品竞争能力、企业内部管理与外部环境四个方面。在合作能力方面,不再只注重传统的技术合作与战略、系统的兼容性,而是将精益供应所重视的“不断改进、全面透明”体现其中。在其指标设置上,将质量改进计划、信息沟通程度、成本透明度等指标囊括在内;在产品竞争能力方面,不仅考虑产品的硬性条件,而且还包括产品的支持、突发状况的处理等方面的属性;在企业内部管理层面,考虑企业人力、财力、物力的同时,优化对企业形象等软性指标的设置。 最后,通过对实例的评价结果进行分析,不仅可以为企业选择供应商提供参考,而且可以为供应商找出不足,不断进步提供改进的依据,并指导其迈向精益供应。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of manufacturing and information technology, the market competition of manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to be invincible in the competition, enterprises pay more attention to the good relationship with the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, in order to continuously improve the overall performance of the supply chain. At the same time, with the transformation of production mode, lean production mode is becoming more and more mature in the manufacturing industry, the existing supply and demand relationship can not meet the requirements of lean production. In this context, the relationship between suppliers and manufacturers began to shift to lean supply. Therefore, for manufacturing, how to scientifically evaluate and select partners, establish lean supply relationship, so as to obtain competitive advantage, become the most important. The research in this paper is based on the Lean supply thought. The relevant theories of Lean supply are expounded in detail, and the influencing factors which need to be paid attention to in this relationship are analyzed in detail to find out the characteristics of Lean supply. On this basis, the establishment of supplier evaluation system is carried out. Based on the research of supplier evaluation and selection in the past, this paper puts forward the Lean supply theory suitable for the existing production mode, and discusses how to evaluate the supplier comprehensively under this background to provide the basis for the enterprise to select the supplier. In this paper, the theory of supplier relationship is first expounded, and the lean supply relationship is emphatically introduced. On this basis, combined with the previous research results, through the comparison with the traditional supply, the deficiency of the existing supply mode is obtained, and the improvement scheme is put forward. Secondly, the main influencing factors of supplier evaluation under Lean supply mode are analyzed in detail. Combined with the target of selecting supplier, the evaluation and selection index of supplier under Lean supply background is set up. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation model, and it is used in the typical lean manufacturing enterprises to further verify the practicability and effectiveness of the index system. Based on the study of lean supply, this paper makes a new division of supplier evaluation criteria and improves some indexes in order to highlight the focus of lean supply relationship. The evaluation criteria are divided into four aspects: cooperation ability, product competition ability, enterprise internal management and external environment. In terms of cooperation capacity, the traditional technical cooperation and strategy, the compatibility of the system, but the importance of Lean supply "continuous improvement, full transparency" reflect it. In its index setting, the quality improvement plan, the information communication degree, the cost transparency and so on are included; In the aspect of product competitiveness, not only the rigid conditions of the product are considered, but also the attributes of product support and sudden situation handling are considered. At the level of internal management, consider the enterprise human, financial and material resources, at the same time, optimize the setting of soft indicators such as corporate image. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results, it can not only provide a reference for enterprises to select suppliers, but also provide the basis for the improvement of suppliers, and guide them to lean supply.
