基于数据挖掘的IT产业联盟供应链伙伴选择的研究

【摘要】:随着IT技术的发展与社会分工模式的改进,企业之间单打独斗的竞争方式已经无法满足市场的需要。IT产业联盟开始受到全球的关注与重视。为了促进IT产业的发展,IT企业需要凝聚IT产业中供应链上下游资源,形成资源共享的供应链合作形式,避免重复开发与建设。由企业与企业之间的竞争转化为供应链与供应链的竞争。IT产业联盟的方式不但可以共担企业的运作风险,还可以共享企业的技术,知识和信息,从而形成优势互补,带动技术的发展。然而,单纯依靠市场的力量,在IT产业联盟中往往难以快速形成有利于企业长远发展的最佳供应链合作伙伴。因此,应用科学的方法帮助企业选择适合自己的供应链合作伙伴具有重大的意义。 首先,本文分析了IT产业联盟的现状,界定了IT产业联盟的范围与特点。梳理了目前IT产业联盟的功能与模式,从而明确IT产业联盟供应链合作伙伴的关系特点与要求。综合IT产业联盟的现状,权衡企业供应链的风险与收益,运用主成分分析法,应用SPSS软件,建立IT产业联盟供应链合作伙伴选择指标评价体系。 其次,通过对数据仓库技术理论与应用的研究,本文根据IT产业联盟的总体需求目标,创建了数据仓库的概念模型,逻辑模型以及物理模型。数据仓库的创建为数据挖掘的关联分析提供了数据模型。运用数据挖掘中的聚类分析方法,对研究对象的供应链合作伙伴进行了初步的分类筛选。为进一步挖掘长期的合作伙伴做数据准备。对数据挖掘关联分析中最经典的Apriori算法进行了改进,利用Mapreduce和Bigtable的属性,提高了Apriori算法的运行处理速度。应用改进后的Apriori算法,建立了供应链合作伙伴选择模型,从IT企业供应链合的作伙伴海量数据中,进一步挖掘出潜在的合作伙伴。 最后,以华为公司为例,应用本文创建的供应链合作伙伴选择模型进行了实例验证分析。结果表明,本文的研究具有一定的应用价值与借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of IT technology and the improvement of social division of labor mode, the single competition mode between enterprises has been unable to meet the needs of the market. The IT industry alliance has been paid more attention and attention all over the world. In order to promote the development of IT industry, IT enterprises need to condense the upstream and downstream resources of supply chain in IT industry, form the supply chain cooperation form of resource sharing, and avoid repeated development and construction. From the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chain and supply chain, IT industry alliance can not only share the operational risks of enterprises, but also share the technology, knowledge and information of enterprises, thus forming complementary advantages. Drive the development of technology. However, relying solely on market forces, it is often difficult to quickly form the best supply chain partners in IT industry alliances that are conducive to the long-term development of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to apply scientific methods to help enterprises select suitable supply chain partners. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of IT industrial alliance, and defines the scope and characteristics of IT industrial alliance. The function and mode of IT industry alliance are combed in order to clarify the relationship characteristics and requirements of supply chain partners of IT industry alliance. By synthesizing the present situation of IT industry alliance, weighing the risks and benefits of enterprise supply chain, using principal component analysis method and SPSS software, the evaluation system of IT industry alliance supply chain partner selection index is established. Secondly, based on the research of the theory and application of data warehouse technology, this paper establishes the conceptual model, logical model and physical model of data warehouse according to the overall demand goal of IT industry alliance. The establishment of data warehouse provides a data model for association analysis of data mining. By using the clustering analysis method in data mining, the supply chain partners of the research object are preliminarily classified and screened. Prepare data for further mining of long-term partners. The classical Apriori algorithm in data mining association analysis is improved, and the processing speed of Apriori algorithm is improved by using the attributes of Mapreduce and Bigtable. Based on the improved Apriori algorithm, the supply chain partner selection model is established, and the potential partners are further mined from the massive data of the IT enterprise supply chain partners. Finally, taking Huawei Company as an example, the model of supply chain partner selection established in this paper is used to verify and analyze the example. The results show that the research in this paper has certain application value and reference significance.
