分散模式下冷链品预订销售模式决策研究

【摘要】:随着我国冷链物流市场的不断升温和冷鲜保藏技术的的不断提高,冷链物流逐渐成为人们研究和关注的热点,冷链物流处于快速发展阶段。冷链品的储存问题一直是约束冷链物流进一步发展的重大难题,对如何缩短冷链品的储存时间和尽快促进冷链品在市场上流通的问题进行研究,对于解决当前冷链物流行业由于传统订货模式所带来的高库存问题具有重大的意义,对于企业的经营以及企业间决策策略的优化也显得尤为重要。本文从两级供应链的角度出发,运用博弈论中关于完全信息动态博弈的理论,建立了供应商和零售商在分散模式下的冷链品预订销售模式决策模型。其次,本文对在该决策模型下零售商如何选择预订付款时间以及供应商如何确定交货期的问题进行了研究,证明了分散模式下供应链双方最优解的存在性,同时求出了零售商最优的预订付款时间和供应商的最佳交货期,并且进行了数值仿真和灵敏度分析。供应商作为决策模型的领导者,需要设计一个协调机制以促进供应链双方的有效协调,所以,本文从供应商的角度出发,构建了冷链品库存补贴策略的数学模型,进行了理论的求解,证明了库存补贴策略的有效性。通过研究发现,供应商为了确保零售商愿意接受该项库存补贴策略,会向零售商做出承诺,保证其一定的利润增长率,并要求零售商提前付款,以实现双方利润的增加。通过数值仿真和灵敏度分析,我们发现,在库存补贴策略下,零售商与供应商的利润都要大于双方在分散决策下的利润,并且利润增长率m的大小决定了供应商和零售商之间的利润分配。
[Abstract]:With the continuous heating of cold chain logistics market and the continuous improvement of cold fresh storage technology, cold chain logistics has gradually become the focus of research and attention, and cold chain logistics is in the rapid development stage. The storage of cold chain products has been a major problem restricting the further development of cold chain logistics. How to shorten the storage time of cold chain products and promote the circulation of cold chain products in the market as soon as possible are studied. It is of great significance to solve the problem of high inventory caused by the traditional ordering mode in the cold chain logistics industry. It is also very important for the management of enterprises and the optimization of decision-making strategies among enterprises. From the point of view of two-level supply chain, using the theory of complete information dynamic game in game theory, this paper sets up a decision model of cold chain reservation sales model for suppliers and retailers in decentralized mode. Secondly, in this paper, the problem of how the retailer chooses the payment time and how the supplier determines the delivery time under the decision model is studied, and the existence of the optimal solution of both parties in the supply chain under the decentralized model is proved. At the same time, the optimal payment time of the retailer and the optimal delivery time of the supplier are obtained, and the numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis are carried out. As the leader of the decision-making model, the supplier needs to design a coordination mechanism to promote the effective coordination between the two sides of the supply chain. Therefore, this paper constructs a mathematical model of the cold chain inventory subsidy strategy from the point of view of the supplier. The validity of inventory subsidy strategy is proved by theoretical solution. In order to ensure that the retailer is willing to accept the inventory subsidy strategy, the supplier will make a commitment to the retailer to ensure a certain rate of profit growth, and require the retailer to pay in advance in order to achieve the increase of both parties' profits. Through numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis, we find that the profits of retailers and suppliers are larger than those of both parties under decentralized decision under inventory subsidy strategy. And the size of profit growth m determines the distribution of profits between suppliers and retailers.
