供应不确定下的联合订货定价决策与技术创新策略研究

【摘要】:在产品更新速度加快、技术变革周期变短的今天,供应商的产量及其生产技术往往具有不确定性,这无疑增加了供应链风险。供应商产量的不确定性会影响零售商的订货量与产品市场定价决策;而生产技术的不确定性则会影响供应商的生产成本及其技术创新策略。此外,不同的供应链结构也会影响成员的决策及供应链绩效。本文针对供应商产量及其生产技术不确定性带来的供应链风险,基于不同的供应链结构,对零售商的联合订货定价决策和供应商的技术创新策略进行系统分析及优化。具体而言,本文主要创新性研究工作总结如下: 基于单供应商-单零售商的供应链模型,提出了供需不确定下的最优联合订货定价决策,优化了供应商的分销价格,比较了联合订货定价决策与清仓定价决策的差别,并分析了供应商产量不确定和市场需求不确定对联合订货定价决策价值及供应链绩效的影响。 针对供应商生产技术和市场需求的不确定性,考虑供应商的产能约束,提出了供应商的最优技术创新策略及最优分销价格决策,并优化了零售商的订货量,提出了供需不确定下的三阶段决策流程,分析了供应商产能及供需不确定性对供应链绩效的影响。 基于两供应商-单零售商的双渠道供应模型,考虑主供应商产出率和应急供应商产能的不确定性,通过多阶段博弈分析获得了零售商最优联合订货定价决策以及供应商的最优分销价格决策,得出了应急供应商产能不确定性对零售商联合订货定价决策和供应商分销价格决策的影响。 基于初始技术水平不同的两供应商-单零售商的两阶段供应链模型,针对供应商生产技术和技术投资成本的不确定性,提出了竞争供应商的均衡技术创新策略,设计了达到供应链协同的收益共享契约,研究了供应商生产技术和投资成本的不确定性对供应商间的竞争以及技术创新策略的影响。 基于单供应商-两零售商的两级供应链模型,针对供应商生产技术及市场需求的不确定性,提出了供应商技术创新-资源分配及零售商联合订货定价的三阶段决策,通过优化带约束的古诺模型,获得了不同技术创新策略下竞争零售商的均衡订货定价决策和供应商的最优资源分配决策,探讨了供应商生产技术和市场需求的不确定性对供应链产品质量和供应链绩效的影响。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, when the speed of product renewal is quickened and the period of technological change is shortened, the output of suppliers and their production technology are often uncertain, which undoubtedly increases the risk of supply chain. The uncertainty of the supplier's output will affect the retailer's order quantity and the pricing decision of the product market, while the uncertainty of the production technology will affect the supplier's production cost and its technological innovation strategy. In addition, different supply chain structure will also affect the decision-making and supply chain performance of members. Aiming at the supply chain risk caused by the uncertainty of supplier output and production technology, this paper systematically analyzes and optimizes the joint ordering pricing decision of retailers and the technological innovation strategy of suppliers based on different supply chain structures. Specifically, the main innovative research work of this paper is summarized as follows: based on the supply chain model of single supplier and single retailer, the optimal joint order pricing decision under the uncertainty of supply and demand is proposed, and the distribution price of supplier is optimized. The differences between joint order pricing decision and clearance pricing decision are compared, and the effects of supplier output uncertainty and market demand uncertainty on joint order pricing decision value and supply chain performance are analyzed. In view of the uncertainty of suppliers' production technology and market demand, considering the capacity constraints of suppliers, this paper puts forward the optimal technological innovation strategy and optimal distribution price decision of suppliers, and optimizes the order quantity of retailers. A three-stage decision-making process with uncertainty of supply and demand is proposed, and the influence of supplier capacity and uncertainty of supply and demand on supply chain performance is analyzed. Based on the two-supplier / single-retailer two-channel supply model, the uncertainty of the output rate of the main supplier and the capacity of the emergency supplier is considered. Through multi-stage game analysis, the optimal joint order pricing decision of retailers and the optimal distribution price decision of suppliers are obtained. The influence of emergency supplier capacity uncertainty on joint order pricing decision and supplier distribution price decision is obtained. Based on the two-stage supply chain model of two suppliers with different initial technology level, a balanced technology innovation strategy for competitive suppliers is proposed in view of the uncertainty of suppliers' production technology and technology investment cost. A profit sharing contract is designed to achieve supply chain collaboration. The influence of uncertainty of supplier production technology and investment cost on supplier competition and technological innovation strategy is studied. Based on the two-level supply chain model of single supplier and two retailers, a three-stage decision of supplier technological innovation-resource allocation and retailer joint ordering pricing is proposed in view of the uncertainty of supplier's production technology and market demand. By optimizing the Cournot model with constraints, the equilibrium ordering pricing decisions of competitive retailers and the optimal resource allocation decisions of suppliers under different technological innovation strategies are obtained. The effect of uncertainty of supplier's production technology and market demand on product quality and supply chain performance is discussed.
