供应链利益分配的公平与效率权衡

【摘要】：供应链的动态复杂性决定了供应链利益分配关系的复杂性。供应链利益分配的合理化必须在公平与效率之间进行平衡。本文从梳理供应链利益分配理论入手,对供应链利益分配的公平与效率概念和两者关系进行了探讨,指出供应链利益分配的公平与效率存在着相互促进关系,并总结了供应链公平与效率关系权衡的特点。在此基础上,分别从供应链单一企业角度和核心企业角度对供应链利益分配的公平与效率关系进行了定性和定量的权衡分析。
[Abstract]:The dynamic complexity of the supply chain determines the complexity of the benefit distribution relationship in the supply chain. The rationalization of benefit distribution in supply chain must strike a balance between fairness and efficiency. Starting with the theory of supply chain benefit distribution, this paper probes into the concept of equity and efficiency of supply chain benefit distribution and their relationship, and points out that the equity and efficiency of supply chain benefit distribution have mutual promotion relationship. The characteristics of the trade-off between fairness and efficiency of supply chain are summarized. On this basis, the relationship between equity and efficiency of supply chain benefit distribution is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively from the point of view of supply chain single enterprise and core enterprise.
