吉化集团物流中心物流体系管理策略研究

【摘要】:当前,大到一个国家,小到一个企业,均将物流管理视为其核心竞争力的一部分。因此,实施合理、有效、且符合企业发展规划的物流管理就成为提升企业在市场中的核心竞争力的一个重要方式。如何将现代物流管理的各种前沿理念、先进方式、物流技术以及一个现代企业经营管理所匹配的物流管理模式,引入企业并真正实施,是众多学者和企业管理者面临的共同课题。本文从物流及物流管理等概念入手,,查阅了大量国内外专家学者以及研究机构发表的相关研究资料,在此基础上,对国内外物流的发展概况及现状进行了详细梳理。通过对吉化集团物流中心项目运作进行实地考察,对吉化物流体系的存在、现状和发展作进一步阐释,分析其存在的重要意义,明确其在整体物流网络系统中自身的战略定位,提出其现有物流体系的问题和成因,进而优化物流体系。通过分析项目效率与效益等因素,解决项目优化量化问题,找出真正适用的优化方法。最后,本文针对具体问题就优化吉化物流体系提出几点建议,希望能助其向现代化物流发展提供新的思路与较为全面的参考依据。
[Abstract]:At present, as large as a country, as small as an enterprise, logistics management is regarded as a part of its core competitiveness. Therefore, the implementation of reasonable, effective and consistent with the enterprise development plan of logistics management has become an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market. How to introduce modern logistics management concepts, advanced methods, logistics technology and a modern enterprise management matching logistics management model into the enterprise and really implement, It is a common task faced by many scholars and enterprise managers. This paper starts with the concepts of logistics and logistics management, and looks up a large number of domestic and foreign experts and scholars and research institutions published related research materials, on the basis of this, the general situation and current situation of logistics development at home and abroad are combed in detail. Through the field investigation on the project operation of logistics center of Jihua Group, this paper further explains the existence, present situation and development of the logistics system of Jihua Group, analyzes the significance of its existence, and clarifies its own strategic position in the overall logistics network system. This paper puts forward the problems and causes of its existing logistics system, and then optimizes the logistics system. By analyzing the factors of project efficiency and benefit, the problem of project optimization quantification is solved, and the suitable optimization method is found out. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the logistics system of Jihua, hoping to provide a new way of thinking and a more comprehensive reference basis for the development of modern logistics.
