基于事件的防伪溯源应用体系结构设计与实现

【摘要】:目前商品防伪的主要技术手段集中在物理层面,,如喷墨防伪、激光防伪、电码防伪等,虽然这些方法在近些年发展很快,但因其验证过程复杂、查验率低等问题,没有从根本上遏制假货猖獗的问题。同时,这些防伪技术在诸如运输过程中掉包、区域窜货销售以及经销商囤货等困扰企业的核心问题上也无能为力,业界迫切需要一种能贯穿整个供应链的防伪溯源技术解决方案。RFID(Radio FrequencyIdentification)技术不仅能非接触式地高效采集数据,而且通过基于RFID技术的EPC网络可以方便地记录和共享单件商品在生产制造、物流仓储、分销零售等供应链全过程的信息,从而建立起一套基于供应链的防伪溯源解决方案,为解决防伪、窜货等困扰业界的难题提供了可行解决方案。 EPC网络通过全球唯一的EPC编码可以实现单件商品的自动识别,利用标准的信息交互接口可以实现不同企业间的信息交换。虽然EPC网络是建立防伪溯源系统的优秀架构,但目前尚处于理论研究阶段,缺乏大型企业应用实例。本文结合将EPC网络运用到酒类商品防伪溯源实际企业项目的实践,在EPC网络框架、信息存储以及上层防伪应用三个层面取得如下研究成果:(1)在网络层面,针对原有方案在多个企业同时建立EPC网络时存在网络合并的难题,结合企业实际应用场景,通过制定EPC码到DS的静态规则,降低ONS的信息存储量并显著减少了网络合并的复杂度。(2)在信息存储方面,考虑到原有信息服务实现方案在企业运用中存在的通用性差、兼容性不足的问题,通过通用数据模型设计满足不同企业的需要,通过运用面向服务的架构思想,将原有单一的信息服务扩展成多个标准子服务,提高了信息服务的扩展性和兼容性。(3)在防伪应用方面,结合企业关于防伪、防窜货的实际需求,利用EPC网络采集的事件信息给出供应链防伪溯源模型。模型通过将供应链事件转换成路径向量,并使用密度漂移算法和k平均算法对路径向量进行聚类,实现了对供应链常见异常事件检测的目的。 本文首先介绍了现有RFID防伪溯源研究的现状,分析了现有研究存在的不足,提出了基于EPC网络的防伪溯源系统框架。然后,围绕着网络框架、信息服务器以及供应链异常事件检测三个核心问题,给出了具体解决方案。最后,对防伪溯源系统进行了设计与实现,并在山东景芝酒类防伪溯源系统中进行了成功应用实践。
[Abstract]:At present, the main technical means of commodity anti-counterfeiting are concentrated on the physical level, such as inkjet anti-counterfeiting, laser anti-counterfeiting, code anti-counterfeiting, etc. Although these methods have developed rapidly in recent years, but because of the complexity of the verification process and the low checking rate, etc. The problem of rampant counterfeiting has not been fundamentally curbed. At the same time, these anti-counterfeiting technologies are powerless to deal with the core issues that beset enterprises, such as the transportation process, regional sales, and dealers hoarding goods. The industry urgently needs a kind of anti-counterfeiting traceability technology solution that can run through the whole supply chain. RFID (Radio FrequencyIdentification) technology can not only collect data efficiently and contactless. Furthermore, the EPC network based on RFID technology can conveniently record and share the information of the whole process of the supply chain such as manufacturing, logistics warehousing, distribution and retailing, so as to establish a set of anti-counterfeiting traceability solution based on supply chain. In order to solve the problem of anti-counterfeiting, channeling goods and other puzzles in the industry to provide a feasible solution. EPC network can realize the automatic identification of single item through the unique EPC coding in the world, and the information exchange between different enterprises can be realized by using the standard information exchange interface. Although EPC network is an excellent framework for establishing anti-counterfeiting traceability system, it is still in the stage of theoretical research and lacks large enterprise application examples. Combined with the practice of applying EPC network to the actual enterprise project of anticounterfeiting and tracing to the source of alcohol commodities, this paper has obtained the following research results at the three levels of EPC network framework, information storage and upper layer anti-counterfeiting application: (1) at the network level, the following research results have been achieved: (1) at the network level, In view of the problem of network merging when the original scheme establishes EPC network in many enterprises at the same time, combined with the practical application scenario of enterprise, the static rules from EPC code to DS are formulated. Reducing the amount of ONS information storage and significantly reducing the complexity of network merging. (2) in the field of information storage, considering the problems of poor generality and compatibility of the original information service implementation scheme in enterprise application, Through the common data model design to meet the needs of different enterprises, through the use of service-oriented architecture ideas, the original single information services into a number of standard sub-services, It improves the expansibility and compatibility of information service. (3) in the aspect of anti-counterfeiting application, combining with the actual demand of enterprise about anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling goods, the supply chain anti-counterfeiting source model is given by using the event information collected by EPC network. By converting supply chain events into path vectors and clustering path vectors using density drift algorithm and k-average algorithm, the model achieves the purpose of detecting common abnormal events in supply chain. This paper first introduces the current situation of the research on the anti-counterfeiting traceability of RFID, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research, and puts forward the framework of the anti-counterfeiting traceability system based on EPC network. Then, around the network framework, the information server and the supply chain abnormal event detection three core problems, the concrete solution is given. Finally, the anti-counterfeiting traceability system is designed and implemented, and successfully applied in Shandong Jingzhi liquor antiforgery traceability system.
