基于供应链视角下我国蜂产品产业影响因素的研究

【摘要】:我国是世界养蜂大国,养蜂数量和蜂蜜产量多年来一直稳居世界首位。改革开放以来,我国养蜂业经历了快速发展、巩固提高和稳步增长三个阶段。目前,我国蜂群数量达到900万群,17万多户蜂户,蜂农人数约有34万左右,2012年蜂蜜产量44.8万吨,蜂蜜产值早已突破50亿元大关。蜂产品既可为食品,也是药品,并且逐步向化妆、美容等领域延伸,成为国内外蜂蜜产业发展的新方向。中国现在的蜂蜜年消费只有十万吨左右,大部分用于出口。随着我国经济的稳步增长,人们生活水平不断提高,居民收入不断增加,城镇居民对蜂产品需求的多样化以及老龄化趋势逐渐加强,我国蜂产品产业的发展迎来一个新的台阶。 本文首先根据供应链基本理论,将我国蜂产品的供应链分为上游(蜂农的养殖工作)、中游(主要蜂产品核心企业)和下游(批发、零售企业和消费者)三段,分别进行现状分析。 其次,本文着重分析了影响我国蜂产品产业发展的因素。从上游来看,我国的自然环境,基础设施建设,蜂农的知识水平以及政府的相关支持政策都成为影响养蜂业发展的重要因素。从中、下游来看,核心企业是供应链条上的重要环节之一,首先从博弈论角度研究核心企业在供应链上的合作伙伴选择这一主要影响因素,分析其对蜂产品供应链效率的影响;另外基于供应链供应柔性的主要评价指标,选取四个比较有代表性的影响因素,即蜂产品企业主营业务生产成本、信息传递效率、蜂产品企业规模、蜂蜜年产量,以蜂产品企业主营业务利润作为自变量,对上述变量之间的计量关系进行分析;最后通过我国著名蜂蜜品牌企业进行案例研究,从企业角度分析论证,影响核心企业发展的各项因素。 从供应链终端来看,笔者对消费者进行了关于蜂产品消费的调研,获得消费者的基本情况,还对大型超市的供应链主管、大学教师等主要专业人员进行调查研究,获得主要指标的评分,对此做了AHP分析,得出影响消费者对蜂产品消费的因素主要是价格、服务、安全性、品牌等。 针对上述分析,为促进我国蜂产品产业的发展,提出的对策建议有:完善基础设施建设,创造有利的养蜂环境;推广养殖技术培训,完善对养蜂业的各项支持政策;改变蜂蜜产业的“三低”局面,提升企业经济效益;注重技术和服务创新,提升企业品牌竞争力;学习借鉴发达国家的经验,,并且学以致用;完善我国信息传递机制,促进第三方物流的发展;推进市场体系建设,规范市场秩序;刺激消费,扩大国内市场份额。
[Abstract]:Our country is the world beekeeping country, beekeeping quantity and honey production have been the first in the world for many years. Since the reform and opening up, China's beekeeping industry has experienced three stages: rapid development, consolidation, improvement and steady growth. At present, the number of bee colony in China has reached 9 million groups, more than 170000 bee households, the number of bee farmers is about 340000, the honey production in 2012 448000 tons, honey production value has already exceeded 5 billion yuan mark. Bee products can be food and medicine, and gradually extended to cosmetics, beauty and other fields, has become a new direction of development of honey industry at home and abroad. China now consumes only about 100,000 tons of honey a year, mostly for export. With the steady growth of Chinese economy, the improvement of people's living standard, the increase of residents' income, the diversification of urban residents' demand for bee products and the trend of aging, the development of bee products industry in our country is ushered in a new step. In this paper, according to the basic theory of supply chain, the supply chain of bee products in China is divided into three sections: upstream (breeding of bee farmers), middle (the core enterprises of bee products) and downstream (wholesale, retail and consumer). The present situation is analyzed separately. Secondly, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of bee industry in China. From the upstream point of view, the natural environment, the infrastructure construction, the knowledge level of bee farmers and the relevant government support policies are the important factors that affect the development of the beekeeping industry. From the downstream point of view, the core enterprise is one of the important links in the supply chain. Firstly, the paper studies the main influencing factor of the core enterprise's partner selection in the supply chain from the perspective of game theory, and analyzes its influence on the efficiency of the bee product supply chain. In addition, based on the main evaluation index of supply chain supply flexibility, four representative influencing factors are selected, namely, the production cost of the main business of bee products enterprises, the efficiency of information transmission, the scale of bee products enterprises, and the annual production of honey. Taking the main business profit of the bee product enterprise as the independent variable, the measurement relationship between the above variables is analyzed. Finally, through the case study of famous honey brand enterprises in China, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the factors that affect the development of core enterprises from the angle of enterprises. From the point of view of the supply chain terminal, the author conducted a survey on the consumption of bee products to obtain the basic situation of consumers, and also investigated and studied the main professionals such as supply chain managers, university teachers and so on in large supermarkets. The AHP analysis shows that the main factors affecting consumer consumption of bee products are price, service, safety, brand and so on. In view of the above analysis, in order to promote the development of bee products industry in China, the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: perfecting infrastructure construction, creating favorable beekeeping environment, popularizing breeding technology training, perfecting various supporting policies for beekeeping industry; To change the "three low" situation of honey industry, to improve the economic benefits of enterprises, to pay attention to technology and service innovation, to enhance the brand competitiveness of enterprises, to learn from the experience of developed countries, and to apply learning to practical use; We should perfect the information transmission mechanism of our country, promote the development of the third party logistics, promote the construction of the market system, standardize the market order, stimulate consumption and expand the domestic market share.
