产品结构与供应链配置集成优化方法研究

【摘要】:随着客户需求多样化和市场竞争愈加激烈,企业需要通过供应商之间的专业化协作来应对挑战,供应链管理成为企业核心战略之一。串行模式下以模块化为基础的产品结构决定了整个供应链的构成并影响供应链运作性能,企业必须构建相应供应链网络来匹配产品结构。随着供应商越来越多参与到企业业务过程中,供应链也会对产品结构和性能产生影响。产品全生命周期和并行工程理论促进了面向供应链的产品设计概念,它强调产品和供应链的并行、集成设计,以达到全局优化的目的。在此背景下本文展开产品结构与供应链配置集成优化方法的探讨与研究,为产品结构和供应链及供应商决策提供技术支撑。产品结构决定供应链结构与性能,供应商通过提供零部件的内部特征差异影响产品系统性能,基于两者的相互关系,本文从概念模型、优化设计模型与实例应用等方面展开具体研究,主要研究内容如下:首先,阐述了论文的研究背景、面向供应链设计的概念与方法、产品结构与供应链集成优化设计相关研究领域的国内外研究现状,给出论文的主要研究内容和论文整体结构。其次,探讨了产品结构与供应链相互影响关系,从系统的角度建立产品结构与供应链集成优化方法概念模型;从产品生命周期的角度,以产品结构演化为基础,对产品结构与供应链集成优化方法进行分类研究,并提出面向不同生产方式的产品结构与供应链集成优化设计方法。最后,建立不同类型产品结构与供应链集成优化设计模型,基于改进的NSGAII遗传算法,设计集成优化设计模型求解方法和程序编写调试,并对求解结果进行了分析和讨论,验证集成优化设计方法的可行性和实用性。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of customer demand and the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises need to meet the challenges through the professional cooperation between suppliers. Supply chain management has become one of the core strategies of enterprises. The product structure based on modularization in serial mode determines the composition of the whole supply chain and affects the operation performance of the supply chain. Enterprises must construct the corresponding supply chain network to match the product structure. As suppliers become more and more involved in business processes, supply chains will also have an impact on product structure and performance. The theory of product life cycle and concurrent engineering promotes the concept of product design oriented to supply chain. It emphasizes the concurrent and integrated design of product and supply chain in order to achieve the goal of global optimization. Under this background, this paper discusses and studies the integrated optimization method of product structure and supply chain configuration, which provides technical support for product structure, supply chain and supplier decision. The product structure determines the supply chain structure and performance. The supplier influences the performance of the product system by providing the internal characteristics of the parts. Based on the relationship between the two, this paper starts with the conceptual model. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the background of this paper, the concept and method of supply chain design, are introduced. The research status of product structure and supply chain integrated optimization design at home and abroad, the main research contents and the overall structure of the paper are given. Secondly, the relationship between product structure and supply chain is discussed, and the conceptual model of product structure and supply chain integration optimization method is established from the point of view of system. From the point of view of product life cycle, based on the evolution of product structure, this paper classifies the integrated optimization method of product structure and supply chain, and puts forward the optimization design method of product structure and supply chain integration for different production modes. Finally, the integrated optimization design model of different types of product structure and supply chain is established. Based on the improved NSGAII genetic algorithm, the solution method and programming of the integrated optimization design model are designed and debugged, and the results are analyzed and discussed. Verify the feasibility and practicability of the integrated optimization design method.
